I was doing car diagnostics. Based on the issued diagnostic card, I purchased the recommended replacement parts. However, when contacting another, trusted master to perform the work, it turned out the following: 1. Some of the new spare parts purchased on your card were NOT needed – the master did not install them. 2. You did NOT specify some of the necessary spare parts, so you had to buy more urgently. 3. A serious malfunction was missed: the leaking shock absorber was not detected and indicated in the diagnostic card. As a result: waste of time, unnecessary expenses for unnecessary spare parts and the need to urgently buy unplanned ones. The most important thing is that a dangerous malfunction (shock absorber) went unnoticed. I consider the quality of the diagnosis to be extremely low and inconsistent with the stated services. I strongly recommend that you do not rely on the accuracy of diagnostics in this service. I would like to emphasize that my complaints relate only to the quality of diagnostics. The staff was polite, the waiting was normal, and the spare parts matched the order. Unfortunately, the main service, diagnostics, was performed unsatisfactorily.

I'm from Minsk myself, but the cottage near Vileika, when I found out about this service station, I wanted to check it out and you know, I was very pleasantly surprised. Those who write that expensive spare parts in your city have an Armtek store went compared and decided, many of you still do not know what is expensive (roll to the official of your car brand) and it's better to sell a car you do not pull it, well, or buy something simpler. Those who write that they cannot get to the lift right away, if you contact the service in Minsk, then at best you will get to the lift in 3 days. The warranty works just fine. The master receptionists are always polite and solve all issues. I would write even more, in general, YOU ARE THE BEST IN THE CITY OF VILEIKA.
