What a poor organization the Malanka stations have in general. There is no civilized queue. You have to pay for an electronic one, but it's not a fact that you'll charge later (for example, it's not cleaned of snow, but the utilities didn't do it) or the station will cut off the car and then count it for an unplugged connector if you didn't get there on time. My car heats up the battery in the cold before charging, consuming 3-4 kW for 10 minutes, so the high-speed Brakes turn it off. The operation of the application on the iPhone is a separate story, you can try to download something for 20 minutes. You tell them to follow the example of ForEvo, where everything is human and for the customers, but they don't care. The Malanka service sucks!
