The answer is that it's okay. All previous sessions were also 37-38 kW. A new round, 10 minutes after the start of the session, the power drops to 16 kW. Another call - 5 minutes of waiting for an answer. The bottom line is that there's something wrong with your car. We have nothing to do with it. At the same time, the same car was charged at another station a few days ago - and the power was 48 kW. That's a circus and clowns.
