In August 2024, we decided to take a cruise on a liner across the Mediterranean Sea. We contacted the Malibu Travel travel company. Alexandra Volchek, a specialist of this company, communicated with us. She offered a great option (there were several of them) for dates in October, which suited us. We have purchased a seven-night tour on the liner Fantasia of the MSC company. And it was an unforgettable journey. It should be done at least once! . I would like to mention the employee of this company, Alexandra. She patiently explained all the nuances of our journey. Indeed, in this situation, it is very difficult to travel from Belarus individually. It is necessary to cross the border, not to be late for the flight (I was from Vilnius to Rome). Then get to the port, which is 80 km away. from Rome. Thanks to Alexandra. She helped to book all transfers, hotels in Vilnius and Rome, flights because you don't understand if you can get on the liner on time due to crossing the border. And each time she patiently rechecked, explained the entire route to us several times. Before the start of the trip, she said that she was in touch with us 24/7 (it was good that there was no need), she was interested in how the trip was going. Thank you very much, Alexandra. I don't really like to waste time writing reviews, but this time I decided to share it. It's not the first time I've flown to Fujairah for a vacation. This time I contacted the Malibu travel company. To be honest, it was the best trip of all. The manager picked up the tour very quickly, despite the many requirements, and did not lose! In addition, the service and the attitude towards tourists in live communication were struck, all friendly, smiling and understanding (which unfortunately is not found everywhere).

Обращались с мужем в Малибу Трэвел второй раз после отлично организованного нам отдыха в Турции. Сервис и в этот раз был на высоте. Мы долго перебирали варианты, менеджер Александра терпеливо подбирала нам города и отели, подробно отвечала на все вопросы. Мы остановились на экскурсионном туре в Витебск. Документы были оформлены аккуратно и оперативно. Организация заездов, экскурсий и выездов была проведена отлично компанией "Viapol". Отдыхом и программой мы остались очень довольны. Будем и дальше путешествовать с Малибу - услужливые менеджеры, индивидуальный подход, оперативное и аккуратное оформление документов.

Ездили от Малибу Трэвел на отдых в Египет. Хотим выразить благодарность Евгении за грамотно подобранный тур. Отель был с очень красивой территорией, но много лестниц, когда их мыли можно было подскользнусться и упасть. Еда была разнообразная, но жаренные или тушёные овощи очень сильно перчили. Отдых очень понравился. Будем обращаться еще!

Из плюсов хочется отметить, что менеджеры Малибу знают отели не только по картинкам, но и по личному опыту. Не всегда "красивая" картинка и привлекательная цена на отель оправдывают ожидания. Отдыхал на Кипре в Айя-Напе - помогли выбрать оптимальный отель (Фарос) по расположению и качеству номера. Хороший отель - одна из составляющих хорошего отдыха. Спасибо менеджеру Александру.
