I really liked the location... in the south side of Patong, away from the noise, near the market, shops, massage parlors, relatively close to the beach, 2 lines from the sea. Clean, cozy, large room. Room cleaning, coffee, water every day, hot water always, air conditioning works perfectly. There is a swimming pool on the roof. I can't hear the neighbors. The staff is friendly and ready to help, but they hardly speak Russian. English or a translator to help.

The room is clean. There is nothing to do on Patong Beach, don't waste your time. Just a bike or a tuk tuk. The govnotechka River flows near Patong Beach.
