The salon was once good, for sure: good interior design. But now, the first thing I saw when I was my first morning customer was the hair of previous customers from the previous day everywhere. Maybe more than one day. There was hair everywhere: the floor, the chairs, the mirror stands. There was nowhere to sit down without brushing away someone's hair. There is nowhere to put the bag or the offered glass of water, so that somewhere there is a clear space from someone's hair. I'm not boring or pedantic. But it was too unpleasant. transparent polyethylene covers on furniture (once justified by ease of care) now look very untidy: wrinkled, equal, melted. They would have been removed a long time ago… Well, and the service. I was assigned to a guy master. I came to the salon, but he wasn't there. He does not accept on this day. What? And then why did they sign up for him?! Another master cut and dyed me in the end (there are no complaints about her at all. I recommend it). But I definitely do not recommend the salon. And I won't come myself.

I don't recommend this place, I was in a beauty salon today, I'm not a professional hairdresser, I don't know how to consult at all, I was probably tired, as if she was forced to work here, not happy, as if I came to do services for free. Also, I didn't have 1,500 tenge , she refused my service, although I offered to pay in dollars, unfortunately I lost my time and nerves.

I absolutely did not like the service in the Mamacita salon. I arrived on time, the master was not there, she was 30 minutes late. Instead, another master decided to do a staining test for me. I came and contacted the salon in advance that I needed highlights and haircuts, and they told me the prices - coloring from 15,000 tenge, haircut from 6,000 tenge. I sent them my photo. As a result, the late master did not understand for a long time what I wanted and could not really offer anything herself. Show the photo what you want. I always rely on the master, he sees the hair, what kind of person and what suits him and how. In short, this girl could not decide on her own and blurted out to me the cost of coloring 45,000 tenge + haircut how much another master would take. I understood that coloring is expensive, difficult, as they say, but the masters and the administrator should immediately say, because I sent the photo in advance, how much everything will cost!!! Why would I have to do a test, ruin my hair, if I'm not ready to pay such a sum at all!! I am very upset, firstly, with such a service, with the attitude towards customers!! They ruined my mood, ruined my plans😡😡😡😡😡 Terrible salon, disgusting!!!!
