The medical examiner helped me a lot in preparing for childbirth. Having studied all the information thoroughly, and there is a lot of it - both on live broadcasts and on the mamexpert website, and for FREE, I gave birth in 40 minutes without breaks and this was my first birth! I coped with breastfeeding, no matter how hard it was for me-and yes, Inna Shabelnikova sympathetically helped me with this. After such support, of course, I wanted to take the course "Give love", as a newly-made mother, it is very important to me and again I did not regret a bit. Just a storehouse of information, and, what is VERY important to me, from a doctor and psychologist Natalia Navrotskaya, and again almost for FREE! Thanks to Natalia for such a project - an important and necessary one. The courses for moms are amazing, everything is clear and interesting, a lot of valuable information, a wonderful consultant on GW who will support you after childbirth. The "Give Love" project is the best course I've ever taken. In the first stream of the project, I cheered up, got out of the depression that I had for a year, and began to rejoice in my little happiness, which is snuffling in my arms. ❤ By the way, thanks to the project, I met a wonderful mother, with whom we communicate and even mastered snowboarding together. But, I didn't have enough work with myself, I wanted to consolidate what I learned. And I went to the second stream. And the second stream reminded me that I forget about myself in everyday life. You just run somewhere and forget to thank yourself. I don't even have a resource for that. Now I will put reminders on thanking myself until it becomes a habit.
