We gave two of our dogs to the Mamina Lapka hotel for three weeks and were satisfied. Excellent service, the attitude to pets is at the highest level! The employees always answered all the questions of concern and sent a video report on the state of health and pastime of the pets. The dogs were satisfied, as were their owners! Hello, I left my pet for a week while I was on a business trip. Everything went in the best possible way, there was a daily report from the hotel staff, the hotel staff were professionals in their field and found an approach to my special dachshund, made friends and everything went great. A super place! They left their pomeranian for 15 days. We received video reports every day. At our request, they bought a pill and gave us a pill for ticks. I really liked the attitude, everyone is very kind, responsive and loving of animals. The conditions are excellent. Joy went through socialization, learned to be friends with other dogs. I left my pet in the pet store for a whole month. I was very pleased that I made the right choice. Constantly photo reports, always in touch (I am a very demanding owner). It seemed that my dog didn't even feel my absence, which says a lot. I arrived without a call and was pleasantly surprised that my Cottage was sitting in the arms of a hotel employee and resting from the game (there is a wonderful play area). There is also a groomer with golden hands. I was pleasantly impressed by the work of this hotel. Thank you so much for your work. Thank you for being there. My ward dog lives here, lives on a permanent basis, because I don't have the opportunity to take her to myself. The baby is spinal and needs special care, should always be supervised: manually take away urine, wash, give medicines.
In Mom's paw, she is surrounded by care and attention, for which I am very grateful to the staff and I can sleep peacefully!
In addition to the standard walking area, there is a small fenced area.
I come to visit her regularly and my dog's condition (both physical and emotional) is always excellent.
