I recently visited Mega in Almaty. As always, it impresses with its scale — everything is really under one roof: from clothes to appliances, plus lots of places to eat. The atmosphere is pleasant, bright, clean, everything is conveniently located inside, you will not get confused. The food court is large, there is a choice for every taste — from fast food to more serious cuisine. The cinema is also on the same level, the sound and picture are good. It's a paradise for children there: entertainment, play areas, attractions.

But here's a surprise, nothing lasts forever, yesterday I visited the restaurant with my family, I did not expect disappointment from the entrance, consistently: the table is dirty, the service is terrible, I understand now we are all facing a shortage of staff, but the next interesting thing is that we ordered 3 pastas, there are no napkins, the basket was brought at the end, when we ourselves they asked, and the best part was that we paid a lot of money, but we were hungry, believe me, you can understand everything, the service, the parking... But when the guests stay hungry, it's the worst, funny Paul has become a cut above Mamam Mia.
