The first person I would like to mention while walking around the hotel is the Architect and designer of this beauty. To build such a thing on a mountainside , on such a scale , and so think everything through to the smallest detail . Respect!!! The design of the hotel is super, and rooms of different categories, restaurants and even bathrooms. Then, of course, I would like to thank the hotel management for maintaining the appropriate level of such service. All the staff is very friendly, starting from check-in. Be sure to have with you the card you used to make the reservation, they require it and warn you in a letter in advance. Then you will not have to pay the deposit, they will just take copies of the documents. I 've never understood people who fly to the sea and as a result sit by the pool for the whole vacation , but now I understand that I don 't even want to leave here , especially since there is such dirt behind the fence . You won 't find garbage, cigarette butts , bottles , and an urn on the beach. Therefore, we went on excursions, bought a wow tour from a travel agent, as it is called. The toilet and shower are far away , the traffic on the roads is crazy , there are no sidewalks and crossings . We were a little disappointed with Phuket , and this hotel became our compensation . I even bought the same beach bag at the hotel store, I wanted to leave a memory of this beautiful place. The price for accommodation is excellent. The transfer from the hotel to the airport is inexpensive, ordered at 7.00, arrived on time, and we even managed to have breakfast from 6.30. I will boldly recommend it!!!!

Amazing hotel! The territory of the hotel is surrounded by greenery. Silence, birds that flew directly to the balcony, beautiful views and just the pleasure of staying. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, clean swimming pools (there are as many as 5 on different levels on the territory), cleaning rooms for a solid five. It smells delicious in general-purpose premises. There is a fitness club and a SPA. Advantages and details can be listed endlessly. There is simply nothing to find fault with. I wish everyone to visit this hotel and feel the full range of emotions! ❤️

A normal hotel. In general, I'm a little tired, but I can live. When booking, do not pay attention to the rooms near the pool or something even more expensive, it is pointless. There is no access to the beach, but you can walk 5-10 minutes. On the way to the beach there are small restaurants and massage parlors with reasonable prices and delicious food. There is a minimarket with a large margin on goods and a 3% payment for using a credit card. We were quite satisfied with the hotel, but without enthusiasm.

Just beyond praise !!!! I 'll start with the fact that I 've already been to Tae and I know what hotels there are . So this hotel has exceeded all expectations ! Clean , green (just drowning in greenery , aah , as if you live in the jungle) , with a wonderful variety of breakfasts . By the way, I'm very picky , but there's nothing to find fault with. Except for the inconvenient time of transfers . Why not add a couple more options in the morning . They clean every day , they are ready to change their underwear at least every day . Towels were changed every day , we asked to change the linen every other day . The territory is monitored every day and is constantly being cleaned, bushes are pruned , cleaned and so on. You can see how they care .the hotel is very quiet , it 's a pleasure to relax . Very comfortable mattress and pillows, you sleep like a dead man. Large balcony . In short , we were completely delighted , even though the hotel is far from the sea . We will definitely come back and advise everyone

A comfortable hotel in a quiet location, rooms near the pools are highly overrated (noisy, we changed to the same one, but on the slope and in the thickets) The food is delicious, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the sea is close, there is a hotel nearby where 100,500 Chinese come, but they do not interfere with rest. Nearby are temporary restaurants with a hospitable host and his wife. A bottle of chivas, and karaoke consisting of Chinese-Germans-Thais and Russians is provided for you.

The hotel is not cheap, to put it mildly, and this is the first time I'm writing and I want to be honest! I'll start with the positive: They try very hard to please, if you don 't speak English, they can give you the hotel's whatsapp app upon request and everything you need will be brought within 5 minutes! The territory is huge, the pools are very beautiful, I changed 2 rooms during my stay and everything was great. Now about the cons for me personally : 1. STRAY DOGS, THEY RUN AROUND THE HOTEL AND THEY ARE NOT SMALL. Unfortunately, I am afraid of dogs, and even more so from the street, and of course I immediately contacted the reception desk with questions about whether dogs are not dangerous and do not bite. To which a nice girl wrote to me - these are not our hotel dogs and they can sometimes bite. Well, that's it! After these words, an inner panic just covered me . They immediately moved me to the best room with apologies , surrounded me with pools so that the dogs would not run to me if anything , but alas! You meet them anyway. They picked me up from my room by car and brought me the same way, but what a thrill it is when you want to move around the hotel calmly and not worry, honestly, sometimes my legs were shaking (I think it was a big mistake to tell me that they can bite, but these dogs (I repeat) well , not small at all ) . I really want to say more positive things about the hotel, but I can't because it's just stupidly scary! They can 't just catch dogs , but they only scare them and they run away for a while . ( by the way , one morning I went to the main pool near the restaurant and one dog decided to swim . It was funny when we paid 1 million 300 for 2 rooms . That 's 13 thousand dollars ) well , that 's not really a lot . I suppose the hotel shouldn't allow this at all with such a sum for the rooms) Alas, no matter how hard they tried to please me ( thank them very much for that ) but the fear remained for 17 days of vacation at this hotel. They genuinely did not understand that this was not normal . But the dogs could still be lured and caught . I want to add a snake on my sunbed, but everything is simpler here, I understand that there are too many of them here and the hotel is just like a jungle ( this is their habitat and it's simply impossible to catch all the snakes) . And the last thing I want to tell you is that in the evening, if you decide to just walk from 7 elevens to the hotel, then it's not worth it . The hotel is not located on the first coastline and while you are late, if you go to the hotel, 4 large dogs can jump out. I was even escorted out by local security with a taser once , they said if anything could be hit . anyway , thanks for the rest , even with such moments , the people at the hotel will try very hard for you . It's incredibly beautiful here Mandarava, I'm sorry for this review, but if I had seen it earlier, I probably would not have come to you (my safety is still important to me)
