Of the cons: a lot of people, simulators are 70% unnecessary for the average person. I bought a subscription 3 times, my patience ran out on Sunday morning immediately after the opening of the gym, after standing in line for a couple of simulators, I gave up this idea and went to the gym, which is further away but freer, and with good and, most importantly, understandable standing simulators! And yes, with the air conditioners working, it was very hot in Mandarin!

Just a super water-thermal zone!!!
4 steam rooms (Finnish, Russian, hammam, salt), a cold font, two large Jacuzzis, a large 25m pool with wide paths, a children's pool.
Everything is incredibly conveniently located among themselves.
The changing rooms are spacious, the lockers are large and roomy, there are many mirrors and sockets. For repeated visits, we were always pleasantly surprised by the frequency, working showers (all without exception)!!
We really liked it!!

There is a children's pool. Two spacious Jacuzzis. Saunas with different temperatures and humidity: Russian, Turkish, salt and Mediterranean. There is also a font with ice water.
I recommend visiting on weekdays when there are not so many people. If you visit for the first time, feel free to take 3 hours, you will not regret it, because until you figure out where everything is located and what you like best. I also advise you to take a hair dryer with you, those that can be taken at the reception are not of very good quality and drying will take a long time.

In summer, there is just a sauna in the locker room, ventilation, as I understand it, is not provided there. Even before you start training, you are already wiping sweat with a towel while changing clothes.
Locker doors are very difficult to open. I'm already stupidly remembering which one of them can be safely closed without dancing with a tambourine to unlock it back. Before choosing a locker, be sure to close it without putting things there and try to open it.
In the hall, they specifically save on air conditioning. Doing cardio is simply unbearable. At +30 outside, the hall will be +25. And when the temperature drops to +20 in the evening, it's still +25 in the hall. You open the window to take a breath of fresh air like a fish. Apparently it was made for some local contingent, who made an approach and sticks it into the phone for 10 minutes, they probably freeze.
There is always a problem with the light bulbs, some of them are always flashing. I do not advise people with epilepsy to appear here. And those who don't have it, it will appear when they work out for an hour under such lighting.
Music in the hall. Apparently, there is not even a thought to call a sound engineer who will set up the local sound system. It would be better if this music didn't exist at all. There is always a very loud sound, you will pump not only your muscles here, but also your eardrums. The volume is always jumping, there are always some tracks with crazy basses. Headphones with their own music won't even help you here. And yes, the sound equipment is freely available, it stands in the corner of the hall on a locker with inventory, any fool can put his own music and volume, which happens with enviable regularity. It's like coming to a rural disco.

One of my favorite aquatic centers. Три парные, соляная комната, бассейны с водяными пушками, два джакузи. Чисто, светло, просторно!
Можно посмотреть на рыбок.
Перед парной нужно снимать тапочки: запрет действует вопреки опасениям подцепить грибок. Правило для чистоты, но тогда нужно брать шерстяные носки, чтобы папилломы не подцепить...
Единственный минус: при покупке годового абонемента "Семейного" недавно ввели лимит - 4 человека, то есть для многодетных за каждого третьего, четвертого и так далее нужно будет доплачивать... Хм, странная социальная политика учреждения...
Кафе с мороженым и напитками имеется.

Лучший спортивный комплекс на районе, классный бассейн, с 3 мя видами саун, также есть бассейны для детей разного возраста, отличаются глубиной, водщв них теплая. Огромный тренажерный зал в котором очень много различных тренажёров, есть боулинг салон красоты и ресторан. Если помешаете тренажерный зал, выдают полотенца. Но для бассейна не дают. Очень часто бывают акции и скидки. И постоянная перманентная скидка 10% если вы подписаны на Инстаграм клуба.

Сам центр неплохой. Комфортная температура , чисто. Хороший просторный зал. Бар с непощой едой и кофе. Но есть приличные минусы - весьма грубый персонал ресепшена , гардеробщицы это вообще отдельная история , очень большое количество людей. Ну и конечно это люди , которые не соблюдают правила посещения бани, не принимают душ при выходе из парилки, сразу прыгают в бассейн. А так же сильно выпившие . Тут больше вопрос не к самому комплексу , а к охране , надо тщательнее следить.

Constantly, someone pours water on the stones and waves towels without asking the wishes of others. As a person with heart problems, I just wanted to warm up a little, and not look at other people's backs and try not to faint from waving towels!
The cleaning leaves much to be desired... the water from the floor is pushed back to the pool... not to mention how many times I slipped in two hours

Если коротко: Очень хорошее место с высоким качеством услуг и низкой стоимостью.
Приезжаешь, огромная парковка, чуть что, можно поставить автомобиль вдоль дороги, либо рядом есть паркинг (бесплатный для посетителей). Заходишь, показываешь билет, попадаешь в раздевалку без кабинок (разделение по полу конечно же). Все голые. Далее попадаешь в душевую (обязательно моемся), а потом в саму водно-терминальную зону.
1. Бассейны. Есть небольшой детский бассейн, несколько обычных неглубоких бассейнов чтобы полежать в бурболках и отдохнуть (аля джакузи). Есть огромный бассейн в который только в глупых водяных шапочках, и есть ледянющий бассейн в который ныряют сразу после сауны.
2. Сауны. Финская: 80-90 градусов, сухой воздух, самое то чтобы попариться. Русская: 80-90 градусов и высокая влажность, из-за чего ощущение что все 200, для любителей поострее. Хамам, турецкая, низкая температура и высокая влажность, из-за чего сильный пар, тоже очень крутая сауна. И солевая. где можно полежать и отдохнуть. В саунах так же есть музыкальное сопровождение, где-то птички, где-то мелодия, что можно насладиться во славу и отдохнуть.
3. Еда. Есть небольшая точка, где можно покушать и попить. Цены очень адекватные. К примеру, жатецкий в магазине стоит 3.10, тут 4.5, а в лебяжьем вообще 6.5. Еда вкусная и разнообразная.
4. Спортзал. Не был, но вроде он очень большой и современный.
Итого, очень классное место за сравнительно адекватную цену по сравнению с конкурентами.

Приятная атмосфера. Сауна, хамам, русская баня, ледяная купель, джакузи, бассейн 25 метров, детские бассейны и спортзал всё в одном месте это мечта в реальности. На входе выдают браслет по которому можно считывать информацию сколько времени осталось и номер шкафчика, что очень удобно. Если проголодались можно сделать заказ прямо возле бассейна или в кафе расположенном в комплексе. Также в этом комплексе можно сделать массаж. Стоимость не высокая.
