A nice small quiet hotel in the city center, it is very convenient that you can walk to all the important places of the city - to Republic Square and to the Cascade, to the Opera House. The rooms have everything you need, comfortable beds, towels, toiletries, kettle, tea, TV. And the most interesting thing is that the hotel is located entirely on the 1st floor, it was convenient for me that I didn't have to go up the stairs or wait for the elevator. The breakfasts are simple, but you won't stay hungry. The receptionists are polite and friendly, and I am especially grateful to the girls who helped me call a taxi to drive around the city.

A cozy hotel, a good buffet breakfast, and most importantly, there is a freshly ground confetti electric coffee maker. Towels are changed every day, there is a kettle, tea cups, glasses, tea and instant coffee in the room. There are plenty of outlets for each bed. A large closet. The room lacks lighting and a coat rack at the entrance.

A very cozy hotel in the center of Yerevan, with very helpful staff. The hotel has only 10 rooms. Classic breakfast: scrambled eggs, vegetables, sausages, porridge and tea with coffee. Four stars solely because room 110 is missing a piece of plaster in the corner.

One of the main advantages of the hotel is its location. It is very convenient and fast to get to any location located in the city center. At the same time, the hotel itself is located deep in the block, due to which street noise is not heard in it. Nearby, at the exit to Tumanyan Street, a 2-minute walk to the right is the Gourmet hypermarket (open around the clock), where you can buy everything you need, as well as exchange rubles (and other currencies) for drams with a good exchange rate and have a snack for those who arrive early in the morning, like us. But we had breakfast at Surf coffee, which is located on the corner of Tumanyan and Nalbandyan, also a couple of minutes away. The hotel has friendly and courteous staff who respond to any request. But the issue of fixing the valve that switches the shower from the watering can to the hose could not be resolved. On the very first day, this switch broke off and was not restored until the end of our stay. The room has everything you need (hairdryer, refrigerator, TV with Russian channels, a set of cups, glasses and small spoons, tea bags, shampoo and gel, disposable toothbrushes and mini toothpaste, hand soap). Towels are changed every day. We were at the end of April and the heated towel rail in the bathroom was no longer working because the heating was turned off. We ate too much breakfast. It takes place in a buffet style. Washed or boiled eggs, a couple of vegetable salads, chopped several types of sausage and cheese, bread, pita bread, rolls, butter, milk, compote, ground and instant coffee, fruit plate are served. There is an electric turk for making ground coffee. During our visit, it rained every other day, and since the heating was turned off, the room was quite humid and cool. They were saved by the air conditioner, which was turned on either for heating or for drying. Overall, the stay was comfortable.

A very cozy, clean and quiet little hotel in the center of Yerevan. We had a wonderful rest in it after a busy excursion program. It is located in the courtyard of residential buildings, so you can not hear the noise of the central streets, it is green, quiet, birds are singing. The room is nice, everything is there. You can use a microwave, a kettle (it is not only in the room, but also in the kitchenette), there is always tea, coffee, sugar, and a cooler with water. The cleaning is just perfect! The breakfasts were modest, but they always had breakfast normally. It's like being at home. The staff is very pleasant and courteous. Perhaps we will come to Armenia again and choose Tangerine again.

It is quite small (10 rooms), but very good due to its location. It occupies the 1st floor of an apartment building, the audibility is average, mostly it can be heard strongly from the hallway- hall. It is located in the center, everything is at hand - cafes, bakeries, restaurants, etc., but not in the aisle, hidden in the courtyard) Everything is clean and tidy in the rooms, there are one-time hygiene items, good soap that you can wash your face with, a normal hair dryer, those with long hair understand how difficult it can be with hotel hair dryers, you won't walk around much, but you won't stay hungry, tea and coffee can be used throughout the day. The staff is friendly. Everything is calm and cozy.I lived during an excursion tour and thought that it was not very good, but then I moved to another one in a new area and realized that it was actually very good and precisely because of the location. There is a supermarket with an exchanger on the right, the exchange rate is normal, the rates in the city are almost the same +- kopecks. If you change the bank's branches, you can sit for a very long time, they do not have separate exchange offices, like ours, everyone takes turns to the managers..If you plan to walk a lot yourself, buy a local SIM card, vivo (MTS) has a tourist card for 2 weeks, ours turns out to be about 600 rubles with unlimited Internet and 300min of calls. if not, then the Wi-fi in the hotel is good. Fortunately, everything is in Russian, everything can always be clarified, there are many different concerts in concert halls, you can buy on the website if you have a suitable card and at the box office, having a SIM card is not difficult to navigate.

The Mandarin Hotel is a classic representative of Bad & Breakfast style establishments and a good choice for overnight stays for 1-3 nights in the center of Yerevan. Stylish, clean and spacious rooms, located on the 1st floor of a multi-storey building, a good location in the city center, within walking distance of many cafes, restaurants, shops for every taste, very close to a fairly large supermarket. It's not the best option for a long-term stay, but it's a good option for an overnight stay before departure or for a short vacation in Yerevan. I am reducing one point for a very modest set of services and the lack of a view from the windows due to the 1st floor.

We stayed at the hotel from May 25 to May 29. For a 3-star hotel, the price/quality ratio is quite normal. Good breakfast, convenient location in the city center, near the metro. Very quiet. The air conditioner is wisely positioned so that it does not blow on the bed and table. There is a luggage storage space. Well-equipped shower and toilet. There are two disadvantages: you need another stool and a safe in the room or at the reception. I recommend the hotel to tourists.

The best value-for-money hotel for me! The arrival at the airport was at night. I wrote to WhatsApp a question about late check-in, they answered instantly that they were waiting at any time. Upon arrival, a friendly, helpful and friendly attitude (despite almost two o'clock in the morning). Everything is clear, immediately connect to Wi-Fi, 5 minutes and I'm in the room. Clean, cozy, welcome kits in the bathroom, kettle, tea. A very warm room. I was at the hotel for only one night. I went out to the store early in the morning, the receptionist said where the nearest round-the-clock is 2 minutes from the hotel. The most important thing for me is the attitude! Do not book this hotel!! So far, such a staff of administrators is working there!! The piggish attitude of the hotel staff. I booked a room on my last trip and canceled it due to the postponement of a doctor's appointment, but I called and explained the reason for the cancellation in a human way. This time, the girl on the phone accepted my reservation, and without warning me, she made a cancellation, I called and booked a second time, she also made a cancellation a couple of hours later, I called there to sort it out and did not receive a normal response, (they said that I made a cancellation so I was canceled) then I booked a room through "Ostrov" she also made a cancellation for me a couple of days later. It's just awful, what a mess! No phone call, no text message, NOTHING!! If you don't want to find out on the last day that you have no problems with a hotel in another country, don't stay in Mandarin.This is a frivolous attitude towards people and an irresponsible approach to people!!

The hotel itself is not bad, the room is standard 3*. Good location, close to the center. I was on a guided tour for 6 nights. Towels were changed. There is no bed linen. The slippers offered are only for the trash, it is impossible to walk in them, even once. There is a kettle, which is a plus. I lowered my grade for the food. There are 10 rooms in the hotel, we could have cooked better. Instant porridge from a bag, side dish - rice with mixed vermicelli. Omelet every other day. Only sausages are made from meat. There is no coffee machine. In general, the food is super economical. We weren't hungry, but the impression was spoiled.

A hotel in the city center, that's probably all its advantages. It was a single-storey room with a window to the courtyard- the first floor was grated. The room had a musty and somewhat peculiar smell, as explained by the receptionist, from detergents (which is very doubtful). There is only one armchair in the room for two and there is nothing else to sit on except the bed. The cold of November somewhat softened the air conditioner, which worked all night, but the encounter with cockroaches in the toilet was unexpected and very disappointing. The bathroom is disgusting.
