Wonderful Mandarin Hotel! We have been vacationing here for the second year in a row and intend to return here more than once. On the plus side: very clean, cozy and beautiful. Convenient location close to the sea, good service. Excellent, varied and delicious breakfasts. The room has everything you need: a comfortable mattress and pillows, a working air conditioner, a mini fridge, a shower, hot water with good pressure, snow-white towels and bed linen. The rooms and grounds are very clean, linen and towels were changed every 3 days. Its own generator for uninterrupted power supply provided comfort during periods of power outage. Good stable Internet throughout the territory. Kristina, the hostess of the Mandarin Hotel, Victoria, the receptionist, Irina and Natalia cooks, the maid girls and Revaz's assistant were very friendly and were always ready to solve any problem. There are no disadvantages!!!

We had a rest at the hotel in September. We arrived in Sochi late at about 20 hours, called the hotel administrator Victoria, she confirmed that they were waiting for us. We asked if we could order dinner, Victoria dropped off the menu for us, and when we got to the hotel, dinner was waiting for us, even though the time was 22 hours. The cleanliness in the hotel room is perfect, everything is thought out for the convenience of living. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk to the beach, when you enter the pine grove, you slow down, you want to admire these huge pines for longer. The beach is pebbly, the water is just great. You can hide from the sun under the pines. We only had breakfast included in the package, lunches and dinners had to be ordered. We are very grateful to the cafe staff, everything was delicious , just like at home. I would really like to note the attitude of the cafe staff, truly sincere and kind, and the entire staff of the hotel. All requests and questions were resolved instantly. When we were asked to cook draniki for dinner, although they were not on the menu, cook Zinaida prepared them for us, thank you very much for everything. I would like to note that at the Mandarin hotel, all the staff is from Belarus, this is probably from the opening of the hotel, so there is always a high level of service and a very kind attitude towards vacationers, everything is homely. We wish all the employees of the hotel good health and well-being.

We stayed at the hotel and were satisfied. The location is convenient — the sea is just a couple of minutes walk away, there is a passage through the Sirius hotel. The rooms are kept clean, the atmosphere is normal, everything you need is there. Cleaning is carried out regularly. The restaurant is open a la carte, which is convenient for guests. The girls are chefs - they cook deliciously, the portions are sufficient. The prices are reasonable. The staff is polite, performs their duties, helps with questions. Overall, the hotel is good and meets expectations. Clean, cozy, close to the sea. We can recommend you for a vacation ☺️ we will come again!
