had high expectations, but the service at Mandarini was a letdown. Despite having a reservation, we waited over 30 minutes to be seated. The staff was slow, inattentive, and got our orders wrong twice. The food was mediocre, and the overall experience was ruined by the staff's unprofessional and indifferent attitude. I won’t be returning.

We had a rest in Kabuleti, went to the Mandarin restaurant for dinner, at the entrance we were greeted by very friendly waiters, escorted to a table.We ordered Greek salad, khinkali, chicken kebab, the waiter said that the khinkali should wait 40 minutes, but they arrived much earlier, this is with a full seat in the hall, they are gorgeous for the khinkali. We are guests from Kaluga and have our own Georgian restaurant , so we know a lot about khinkali , the Kindzmarauli sauce with vinegar is simply divine , the service is fast , the staff is friendly , we will be in Kabul until 08/15/25 and we will come for dinner every evening .
