Good afternoon!!! My family was at the Barbecue cafe today. I ordered 2 dishes, chechel, 2 beers and 2 tortillas. They brought 2 Prague beers, tried beer, the beer was bitter, it was not fresh, I asked to replace 2 beers, since they were not fresh. In response, the administrator of this institution began to raise her voice and addressed in a rude manner. When I asked her why she was raising her voice, she told me that her voice was like that. In the END, I paid for everything I ordered and left the cafe without touching anything. Service 0, the treatment of the whole administrator is terrible, how do customers tolerate such treatment???
