Khachapuri is classic and delicious. It's a great eggplant salad, but there's also not enough cheese like in the original recipe... But the eggplants themselves are tender. It is important to remember that a waiter is not just a "bring / take away", but first of all, the face of the establishment and a competent salesman. He should be able to offer dishes, navigate the menu, and understand the principles of serving and serving, especially when different items are ordered at the same table. I hope the service will be upgraded to the kitchen level in the future.
