The meat is chewy. The pieces are not uniform. The bigger ones are raw, the smaller ones are warmed up. Pork with pieces of animal skin, well, it's generally tin, to be honest.... Khachapuri is classic and delicious. It's a great eggplant salad, but there's also not enough cheese like in the original recipe... But the eggplants themselves are tender. In general, it's not bad for a solid 3. But I don't understand where such ratings come from. And so many people....

I was visiting Pavlodar for a couple of days. I met a friend, got caught in the rain, a downpour.. The receptionist met the girl, very attentive! 14.08. We ordered a barbecue, very tasty! Gods, what kind of khachapuri is there!!! Tender, big, delicious, it's a gastronomic orgasm!!! Crispy, fried eggplant salad is a delight! I just came from Georgia from a vacation and I can say that the local chefs of the Barbecue establishment in Pavlolar are in no way inferior, at their best! The service staff is top notch! Well done!
