I had two children with me, and the younger one also wanted to get her ears pierced, because everything didn't look scary and the atmosphere was favorable. By the way, I came without an appointment, spontaneously. We accepted, we did everything, I'll come here for more eyebrows.

Mixed impressions. First, the building itself: old, Soviet-style, old toilets, draughts. Mango is located in the middle of a corridor, there is no privacy, comfort. Then the massage therapist. A kid in his twenties. Frisky, diligent, even too much. He doesn't feel the client, I have two more after such a massage (!) My body ached for a day. I hope it's from inexperience, maybe he'll learn. One big plus is the convenient location. There is a metro nearby.

I clarified whether the price for a manicure was the same or, depending on the additional services, I would need to pay extra and, if necessary, I wanted this amount to be included in the certificate. To which I was told that they have the same price for a manicure. There are no questions, we are making it out. The time came, the girl used her holiday gift certificate, and then she accidentally said that she had paid another 10p. It's certainly not the end of the world for her, she didn't complain. For me, it was unpleasant to hear. How is it that the price for a manicure is the same, but the girl eventually paid extra. It turns out that they were bribed for money. One star. It would be 0, I would put 0, although the manicure is beautiful. Good luck finding new clients.

After reading good reviews, I went for a manicure... for the purity of the experiment, I went twice. And both times with cream. And now about the salon: the administrators are too businesslike, with such voices and faces, as if they came to me for a manicure, and not me to them. Tea / coffee / water was not offered to me both times, the second time I was sitting near the table with a freshly poured cup of coffee, which no one deigned to remove. It seems that the interior is beautifully made, but it's cold there. The master was delayed for a couple of minutes both times. No one opened the tools with me, in the end, when she was done with me, she laid them out for the next client. It seems that the girl tried, but both times the nails lived for 2.5 weeks. Either something is wrong with me, but everyone around wears and norms for a month, and mine fall off, or the master did something wrong. As a result, I went to look for another master in another salon. Don't set foot in here anymore. And according to the price tag, one thing is written here, but in fact more money is being withdrawn. Then what's the point of putting up your ads here?? I do not recommend it for visiting.
