Hello on 31.12.2024 I bought a bagdat caddesi coat for 4299 tl, they registered my phone number, they said if the bill disappears, it will be removed from the register, so I left now the product I bought has fallen 2200, I have never worn the coat on it, I returned it and wanted to buy it again, i have a slip, I have lost the bill, I don't need to leave the register, they say they are creating problems, I'm calling the store that the product has never been dressed, it doesn't answer the phone, and another store that has jeans, it doesn't exchange refunds mango it's really very distressing I'll never shop again and please give me my bill
