Of the advantages: there is hot water, we did not spend the night on the street, it did not stink, no one was hooked. That's all. Now in fact: the booking process leaves much to be desired, in the evening we move to the place of accommodation, and the contact phone number of the manager simply did not pick up the phone for an hour, dropped our calls - after SMS we got in touch. Okay, we took the key and went in. The apartment is from films about the 90s: furniture, lack of repair, everything is so "tubby" that it is even surprising. Okay, we'll be patient for a day. We ordered two beds - and one bed set! There is no second towel either! One bed is normal, and on the second, you can probably study the history of Kobrin: it cracks, creaks, the mattress is disgusting. Cleaning - 0: we walked, the underpants of the previous guests are not lying around, well, the norms. All plumbing is in just terrible shape and condition. To summarize: the apartment is terrible, the service is bad, if you want to complete the quest: "touch the bottom with your feet to appreciate life," then you are here. Information for the owners of this apartment (agencies): Please review and wake up! This is not an approach to work and business! The price-quality ratio cannot be with a negative value! You cannot offer such a service! If I can leave you a review somewhere else, I will be very glad.

We stayed for a day with our family (me, my wife and my nine-year-old son). The apartment itself is very nice. However, the overall impression was spoiled by the refrigerator working loudly at night, flashing lights from some devices on the wall and, to top it off, a visit (probably) by the owner of the apartment AROUND 3 A.M.
