Every time I come to Aktobe, I visit this institution. The cuisine is delicious, the service is excellent, the atmosphere is cozy, the atmosphere has only a positive rest. I recommend trying the lamb kebab on the ribs, you will definitely ask for another portion😁

Not a bad lounge, delicious cuisine, clean. We took steak, barbecue - everything was delicious. The only drawback is the very slow service - we waited for draft beer for about 30 minutes, although there were practically no customers.

There is a parking place, convenient. In summer, a beautiful summer terrace. There is karaoke in the booth, a little space in the common room to dance. But I didn't like the kitchen, it's lame. I was invited to the DR, steaks were asked to be fried, brought undercooked. Portions are small.

A well-deserved three.
1. The most unpleasant thing: with a bunch of empty sofas, they were put in a corner full of guests at a small table (which, by the way, is wobbly). It's even difficult to move a chair there, very close to other tables. Until midnight, no one sat down for the supposedly "reserved" sofas. This is the first time I have seen such a practice in Aktobe. Usually, if there is a real reservation, they just warn you how much space you need to free up.
2. The most expensive salmon steak that I tasted in Aktobe was mercilessly filled with sauce and seasonings. It is impossible to taste the fish. The string beans are burnt. Cauliflower was either not steamed to the end, or of poor quality (it was not cut with a knife, there were coarse fibers).Because of the sauce, everything tastes greasy and sweet, as if you are eating a greasy lagman (the meaning of the steak is lost). Imho, you can't give interns such dishes to cook. Well, if it was the chef's job, then I sympathize with the establishment.
According to the burger: bread on bread and bread drives (but if you only need 3700 tenge for photos on Instagram, then the burger is beautiful :)
3. From the VIP room, the whole hall can hear someone singing karaoke for their own pleasure. At least turn on music in the common room, or better yet, properly soundproof the VIP booth. Otherwise, it's kind of sad on a Friday night to sit at a wobbly table next to the neighbors, listening to the howls of the Instasam from the karaoke room. The atmosphere is generally not conducive to receiving positive emotions. You feel like a poor relative at someone else's celebration of life.
4. There are no buttons for calling waiters. We need to look out for them. It took us about 15 minutes.
Now to the pros:
Pleasant staff (both administrators and waiters). Both girls and boys, all with a smile, well done, mitigate the moral damage from the visit.
A compliment at the entrance (a glass of champagne).
Beautiful serving of dishes (with the exception of one scary cheap striped plate, everything was on beautiful dishes / boards and well decorated).
A comfortable lobby where you can slowly get dressed and wait for a taxi.
Of the 5 ordered items, I liked the hodgepodge and shots.
In general, there are dozens of establishments in Aktobe for such a check without the above disadvantages. So far, I don't feel like visiting again. Good luck moving forward!

The place is generally not bad, atmospheric. The prices are above average, but the food is delicious. The only disappointment was that they did not warn at the time of booking that the most popular dishes were not available. Well, the technical staff would like a little more motivation to clean the toilets more often. In general, it is normal, but there is no desire to return again.
