Good venue, good music, mediocre business. I think it is possible to make the place more preferable by making a better ventilation system, expanding the toilet area (for example, the existing place can only stay as a woman, a new place can be made on the bottom side of the lower floor for men) and selling better quality drinks (especially better brands of alcoholic beverages such as gin, vodka).
