Any service is a well-done job + customer orientation. If one of the aspects is missing, I will not return to such a place. So here, I was at Anna D.'s pedicure, greeted me through her teeth, and the rest of the communication was through gestures, and rude ones.
When she said that it hurt in one place of the nail, she just shook her head and continued to cut there, then climbed there several more times.
In general, I wanted a pedicure - I got it, the end result is good, everything is filed and painted smoothly, but the energy of the master leaves much to be desired. I definitely won't come to her anymore.

After the last visit to the salon, I was shocked, to put it mildly, master Anna D. did not even say hello, she sat with a dissatisfied look all over the manicure, cut off my finger pad (I don't understand why to climb there at all), she said to my remark that it happens, by the way, the finger hurt for 3 more days after such a "manicure"! The length was still not made as requested, in general, it seemed that the person had not heard about customer orientation at all. I used to be with Alyona and Anna F. and these girls did their job perfectly and were very polite
