They settled on the ground floor. The room is clean, but ants ran out of the baby's bed. They asked to change the room, they said that there were no rooms. When we urgently booked another hotel and started asking to cancel our reservation, suddenly a room was found on another floor, but there was no desire to stay. They were afraid of a paid cancellation, supposedly you can't cancel for free, but after the scandal they agreed to do the cancellation for free.

I have placed foreign friends here. We booked in advance a day in advance so that there would be an early check-in. As a result, at 6 a.m. the room was not prepared and not cleaned. We had a rest from March 23 to March 30. I really liked the hotel. One minus that upset me very much was that they took a suite in which the pool was free, but for some reason it was in our days that they decided to clean the pool for 4 days, without even warning! A wonderful hotel, new, sparkling, clean, bright, conveniently located away from the noisy road. It is quiet, cozy, very tasty and varied hearty breakfasts, attentive staff. Pleasantly smelling snow-white underwear. The room, which is important, has a refrigerator with freezer, kettle. Bottles of water are brought every day. On the 4th floor there is a pleasant view from the window. I recommend it to everyone!

We stayed in this hotel for a week. The room was big and nice. It was very warm, but we aired it and it was good for us. However, the bathroom had its own nuances: the shower hose is only for replacement, flows past the watering can, which is very inconvenient. Well, the cabin itself was leaking, because a gap was not touched between the glass and the pedestal and all the water flowed out through the glass, so they visited us every day to find out what we were doing in the bathroom :).
We cleaned the room every day, towels were changed, cosmetics were added. There are toothbrushes and toothpaste (we didn't use it), shower gel and shampoo in small bottles. Slippers and bathrobes
The breakfasts were different every day, porridge, some kind of composite dish (such as pasta in Navy :), casseroles from vegetables), boiled and fried eggs, sliced sausages, pizza, samsa. But the pastries were just pleasing, very tasty, everything is fresh, warm, I still remember and swallow my mouth. Regular coffee beans (coffee machine) and tea bags.
The lobby is always clean, the guys at the reception will always tell you, tell you, help. Well done.

Clean, friendly staff. I haven't had any problems in 4 days. At the reception, the guys were always ready to help with luggage, order a taxi. Even with the exchange. There are a lot of homemade cakes for breakfast. The location is great. Quiet area, with private houses. There are several good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Two disadvantages: the cleaning periodically failed, then they would not do the cleaning, then they would not bring clean towels, but everything was solved with one call to the reception.

Great hotel 👍🏻 A neat clean room with everything you need (air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, kettle, on the 1st floor there is a cooler with cold and hot water). There are several delicious cafes nearby, and the hotel itself has excellent breakfasts.
Geographically, the hotel is located in a quiet place, we took a taxi to the sights, but it is inexpensive here (we used Yandex taxi).
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I am currently staying at this hotel. Good staff, cozy rooms, good breakfasts. Terrible mattresses!!!!! It is not possible to sleep.
A week of hell!!!! And I'm not the first one to write about mattresses. The torture chamber !!!!! After that, I visited more hotels and realized that this is a problem all over Uzbekistan. I would like to express my gratitude to Alisher, Kodir and Khoja Akbar.

The price absolutely does not match the quality! We lived in a Deluxe room with a balcony. The hotel is far from the center, 30 minutes on foot. There are only 3 sockets in the room, provided there is a refrigerator, a kettle and 2 bedside lamps. They asked for a tee, but they didn't give it. They also asked for a corkscrew, but they didn't give it. There are 3-4 people at the reception all the time, but it's no use! We booked a sauna for 21:00 in the morning, we come, the sauna is cold, turn it on with us (((. There is no gym at all, although it is stated, but there is a price of $90 per night!

I will write my opinion based on what I saw and from complaints from friends who checked into this hotel, personally I did not stay at this hotel. The location is good, everything you need is within walking distance, the hotel and breakfast are good, but the service leaves much to be desired. Friends called the reception every day with a request to bring clean towels and update hygiene products. Garbage was not taken out of the room, some guests put their garbage out the door in the hallway. And the cherry on the cake, one of my two guests was not registered, although they clarified this nuance upon check-in. It turned out that there were problems during customs control, of course.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. We are always ready to prompt and help. Small but cozy rooms with everything you need. The breakfasts according to the Shvets table system are not very diverse, but delicious. I was especially pleased with the presence of a coffee machine. A great new hotel. The pool pleases, even for the money, about 1200 rubles per hour. But you'll be alone there. A good breakfast, there are cooked dishes such as meat and mashed potatoes. It's a bit far from the center, but at prices in Uzbekistan, taxi is quite acceptable. I wouldn't say super-duper, but it's quite a good hotel, somewhere around 4 stars. Of the disadvantages, there is only one chair in the room for two, and in general, the rooms are quite poor in furniture.
