Hello! We rested at the sanatorium in the period from 6.10. to 16.10. 2020. I'm putting a solid 4. They were very friendly and good-natured. They were placed in a two-room room of category IIIA. the rooms are spacious, clean, cozy, warm (there was heating). The room has: dishes, hair dryer, soap and soap, slippers, bathrobes. It was cleaned daily. In general, the building is quiet and clean. Thanks to the staff for the comfort created in the building where they lived, and these are Svetlana Alimbekova, Gulsum Yusupova, Ainur Primzhanova. We arrived at the sanatorium at the most beautiful time of the year - the time of golden autumn. The territory is large, beautiful, there are a lot of trees, (we inhaled for a whole year) and despite the huge leaf fall, the territory is always clean. Neither the light nor the dawn, but the janitors were working- thanks a lot to them, for their invaluable work. The treatment is standard, as in all resorts of Kazakhstan. The doctor we came to (the gynecologist) is not very talkative, she did not really explain anything. We didn't get to repeat receptions, we didn't wait, then she's at a meeting, then she's at a reception somewhere. Even without that, there was not enough time for treatment. The treatment process is poorly organized. It doesn't always work out in time. The offices are not fully operational. Some devices are disconnected, and in some rooms not all cabins are connected. They spent more time waiting in line and walking between buildings. Disposable sheets, capes, and caps were reusable. Each vacationer allegedly collects and throws them into a box after himself, but they are neatly folded again and transferred to the next one. In general, the staff is calm and polite. special thanks to the nurses on Herbal tea and intestinal irrigation. About food: In general, they are fed 5 times, but 3 and 5 (afternoon tea and evening kefir) are left on the table at lunch and dinner. The food is delicious, moderately varied, especially the varied freshly baked bread is very tasty (for breakfast-white, for lunch-black, for dinner-gray), for some reason there are few fruits and salads. We always came late and we always missed. We were served by very nice girls Gulzhan and Lolil. They were friendly and always responded to any requests. Thank you. Leisure: various excursions, contests, and a disco were organized daily. Conclusion: There are some shortcomings. Please take note of the administration. In general, we improved our health, walked and breathed air, danced. I liked the rest, we are satisfied. The sanatorium of prosperity and further development. Good afternoon. We had a rest from the end of December to January 04, 2030. The food was good at first, but then, due to the influx of people, there was a shortage of salads. For some reason, bread was given as for slaughter. There were almost no fruits 2 times a week they gave apples and 1 time half a pomegranate, although the south. The worst thing is the crows who occupied the territory, everything is in crow droppings, it is impossible to walk around the territory. The treatment is so-so, no one observes the time of taking procedures. I don't advise anyone.

The rooms are very comfortable.but the advantages ended there.The treatment is not glasses.A stranger was charged two prices for a double room.cooler than the Turks.for a child, 70 percent without a bed.They offered to move in.despite the fact that it is not legal.they stripped off the maximum.not any kind of entertainment.dancing for 2 hours.toy songs.on Sunday there is nothing but feeding.although the cost is in full.I've done it 3 times in 15 years.but not with my foot anymore.in short, if you are under 70 years old, you should go somewhere else.to die of boredom and idleness for your money. The pool on the street is closed, the sun beds are hidden.The free indoor steam rooms do not work.The paid 2000 does not remove a lot of chlorine.

This is our first vacation here. Food, treatment, the territory is excellent. The room is not bad either. But.... There are not enough outlets in the room. One includes a refrigerator, TV and tuner. One by her husband's bed. One in the bathroom is high up. The wire at the kettle is short.... It is also not realistic to charge two phones at once. The mattress is also terrible, creaking and sagging on the sides, you sleep and are afraid to fall, tilt to the edge of the bed. And also, not least, sanatoriums should have elevators! Not only is the treatment in different buildings, the legs get tired, but you can't get up to the room once again, you don't have the strength. I also don't like balconies for three rooms, I can't go out undressed, I can't hang my underpants, or leave the door open for ventilation while we're not there. In the dining room, the waitresses serve very slowly. It happens that you eat the first dish, and you sit and wait for the second one for 15 minutes. And there were confusions. I ordered okroshka, they brought me porridge. My husband ordered belyashi, and schnitzel was brought to him. The galacamera provides "disposable" robes. Sorry, but a disposable one is worn 1 time, not 100 times. I took a bathrobe, the collar is wet with sweat and stinks of sweat, I almost threw up in disgust. Overall, it's not bad here, of course. But there are a lot of flaws.
