The most important thing is the food, so the breakfast is really good. A lot of healthy choices like broccoli 🥦 and cauliflowers.
Clean rooms
The only missing in the w/c is the bidet the hygienic shower.
Very polite and helpful welcoming people are working there. Special thanks to Miss Nargiza, the housekeeper.
The location is also very good.
Many markets near by, shops, cafes, and restaurants with different types of cuisine.
Our room was on the front side of Shevchenko Street.
The only disadvantage is that there is no opening window, so you can't have the option of refreshing the room.
That's kinda strange.

I found this breakfast buffet spot today. It's an absolutely delicious and specious place for family breakfast or business meetings also. They charge 125 000 ($10) per person for breakfast. It's a must try place if you are around. They have lunch buffet also, but I haven't tried it yet.

Nice location, courteous staff, nice breakfast, clean rooms. Gym is small. Swimming pool is small too but clean and note that it is not included in room rate.

A very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious. Conditioner. Large shower room. There are sets- shaving, cosmetic. A huge illuminated mirror, a magnified mirror. All mirrors are illuminated.
The bed is huge on a high pedestal. Tea set. Kettle, fridge for mini-bar. It's really empty. Safe. 4 towels for two plus a doormat. Bathrobes, slippers.
The breakfasts are excellent! Samsa, nuts of all varieties, several hot dishes. Tea, coffee, honey in honeycombs. Cold snacks are average. But desserts are very diverse and delicious.
The location is good. Near the train station, metro, bank with good service and a normal exchange rate.
The hotel has a gym. Sauna and hammam for a fee. There are massages and spa treatments.
It's an 11-minute drive from the airport.

It's a good hotel, but there are a lot of controversial points. I've been thinking for a long time about what grade to put. We had a rest from 12/30/2024-01/04/2025.
Positive:
Convenient location, the hotel is located on a pedestrian (so far only part) street, close to many locations and to the center. There are plenty of places nearby where you can have breakfast (in particular Bon cafe), lunch and dinner (opposite the Nika restaurant), maybe even shop in the Urban Store)).
The pretty facade, the hotel itself is beautifully decorated in Oriental style, and the restaurant on the 6th floor is in the same style, you just can't take your eyes off it.
Large spacious rooms, courteous staff, nice SPA on the 1st floor. I recommend the SPA to visit, with dignity.
Minuses:
Renovation work in front of the hotel (finishing the street), tiles and protruding wires.
Construction of a residential complex and an office center behind the hotel. But this issue is being resolved, now they are settling into rooms facing the facade.
It was very cold in the rooms, the wind was just whistling from the windows. Ventilation for heating saves while it is working, but it quickly "devours" the air and it becomes stuffy, the windows do not open accordingly. One battery was working, but it clearly couldn't handle it. I prefer warmth, but with the possibility of fresh air.
The rooms are a bit worn out, apparently the bathroom once leaked, the wallpaper is coming off in the corner between the bathroom and the bathroom. The shower room in the bathroom is made very strangely, no matter how you use the shower, the water flows out from behind the partition.
The breakfasts are poor in my opinion. There is a minimum, but no more. They cook scrambled eggs / omelet (it should be noted delicious) to choose from. Everything else is on display: mediocre pastries (sometimes cherished desserts), sliced vegetables (also slightly stale), sausages, pickled cucumbers/peppers, rice, potatoes, some meat, lots of dried fruits (I wonder how many people eat dried fruits for breakfast?), cereals, tea.
They'll make coffee, but it's not delicious.
In my opinion, breakfast is not worth the money that is requested. There is definitely no variety.
I don't know, maybe it's not the season, maybe it just happened. I would like to believe that in the season when there are many more tourists, everything is different and tastier.
Or in Tashkent, with breakfast in hotels, there is such a sadness everywhere.
Because in the nearest cafe, for the same money, you can have a much tastier and more varied breakfast.
It's hard to recommend, everyone will probably decide for themselves what is the priority)))))

The lobby is cool, compact, smells of oriental spices, comfortable sofas, excellent location. I met with a partner here, so I can't say anything about the rooms, I didn't live there. And so, neatly, comfortably.

I visited the room, our guest lived here, problems with draining in the showers and washbasin. The guest had to arm himself with a pencil and clean himself.
I came to check in the morning, informed the reception, the guest was moved to another room.

A normal hotel, the main advantage is the location, it takes 25 minutes to walk to the center, to the northern railway station, from where high-speed trains go to Samarkand, Bukhara 10 minutes on foot. It is very convenient for early flights. Near the beginning of the pedestrian section of the street with cafes and restaurants, from fast food and above. A good Irish pub at the end of the street, the prices are not low.
Of the disadvantages, heating is also for people with feelings

A nice hotel with beautiful decoration, both external and internal. The restaurant where we had breakfast is located on the 6th floor. The breakfasts are delicious and the dishes are varied. The only thing is that the glass door of the shower does not protect against splashes from the shower and, when exiting, there is water on the floor. Perhaps turning the shower head towards the wall will help.

A great hotel! Good location in the very center. Rich oriental interior. Delicious breakfast buffet. The room is spacious. There is a safe in the room. A very high bed is a bit unusual, but a comfortable mattress.

In the bathroom, water flows from the glass sash onto the floor when taking a shower, a puddle forms. But there is a drain in the floor. The floor is warm.

Great hotel. Everything is at the highest level. It is not inferior to a 5-star hotel in the Canaries. I really liked it. The restaurant is gorgeous. Tomorrow is great. Great hotel!!!
Located on a central street with lots of cafes/restaurants/shops.
Responsive staff.
We arrived in Navruz when all banks and exchangers were closed. We kindly agreed to accept payment in dollars.
The rooms have everything: bathrobes, slippers, gel, shampoo, hair balm, shaving, dental and cosmetic kits, tea, coffee, refrigerator, safe.
Breakfasts are also for every taste.
We lived in two rooms: a regular room and a suite. I liked it even more in the usual one, because the windows do not open in the suite.
A large-scale construction is underway in the courtyard of the hotel (a residential complex is being built), work is underway until two in the morning, so if you go to bed early, ask the other side.

Uzbekistan is wonderful!!!

Nice hotel. One of the disadvantages is the construction site behind the building, but when settling on the front side it is not audible. Everything is nearby. There are many good cafes and restaurants just 2 blocks away. It takes 10-15 minutes by taxi to the airport and the railway station. I recommend.

It all started at the reception, when they checked in for half an hour, and eventually gave one key for two. We went up to the room, the smell of cigarettes, hair in the shower and in the drain, pillows apparently not changed after the previous tenants, crumpled and an extraneous smell is present, obviously not from the powder. The sheet is torn and sewn by hand, there are hair stains on the bedspread and someone's blood or paint.
Since we were on the road, tired after a long flight of 18 hours, we took a shower in silence. We changed our clothes and went down to the reception, giving the keys without even asking us a word why we were giving the keys after checking in an hour ago. She said about the dirt. To which the guy asked if I had taken a photo? And he asked to see it. I refused, offering to go up and see for myself.
We checked out and went to another hotel. And it's 5 stars and paying that kind of money.

A wonderful hotel for both leisure and business trips, located 700 m from the railway station and 15 minutes by taxi from the international airport. On Taras Shevchenko Street, where the hotel is located, there are many restaurants with cuisine for every taste, as well as one-time shops and even an outlet (right next door to the hotel). The hotel itself has comfortable rooms (especially pleased with the ability to flexibly adjust the temperature), a fairly varied breakfast (although it should be allocated at least 45 minutes), and in the basement there is a spa (including a swimming pool) and a gym (the latter is included in the price). The staff is polite, they respond promptly to requests.

I can't say anything about the location, since I always took a transfer from the hotel, but it's close enough to the railway station. Towels and shower accessories were changed daily, as
well as bottled water. But the tea bags (in the room, which is very nice, there was a kettle, cups and tea + coffee + sugar in bags) have not been updated since arrival. If you drink it all at once, you won't get any more. And the floors, by the way, were also not washed for 3 days of stay. But these are small things. I definitely recommend the hotel!!!

We only regret that we were only 1 night and did not have time to go to the spa.

Great. I lived in this hotel in different rooms for almost a month. Daily cleaning - no questions asked. The rooms are spacious, the mattress is moderately hard (perfect for me). Noise insulation is at a height, despite the fact that there is a construction site outside with the windows closed, almost nothing can be heard.
Breakfast is excellent - 2-3 types of porridge, omelets and scrambled eggs that are prepared personally for you, and do not lie cold on trays. Sausages, cheeses, sausages, pizzas, fruits, vegetables, etc. If there is another business trip to Tashkent, I will choose this hotel without hesitation.

The hotel is located on Taras Shevchenko Street in the city center. There are many establishments and restaurants nearby.
The appearance impresses with its "easterness".
Due to the summit, I had to choose a suite, respectively, the price was luxury ($180 per night, including breakfast).
The room did not impress me, despite its huge size. At first glance, it is luxurious, but without taste and zest. The switches are too fancy, you can't figure it out without a magnifying glass. There is little light in the bathroom in front of the mirror and a terrible smell from the sewer. A crane with a motion detector. Why is that? It is impossible to wash at all. The breakfast is average.
In general, I really didn't like it.

The location is convenient — within walking distance of the main street of the city, there are shops nearby, the railway station is a 7-minute walk away, the airport is also close. We stayed at the hotel in January 2025. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious. But there is a disadvantage-there is a construction site nearby. And if the windows overlook it, it's very noisy. Our windows faced the main street, but they don't open from the word at all. So there is no fresh air coming in. Otherwise, everything is fine.
