For its price, it is not a bad hotel.
Clean, tidy, cozy, modern and beautiful interior. It seemed that the furniture was all new. Relatively not far from the center, you can quickly get there by taxi. The staff is polite as everywhere else in Armenia.
Among the disadvantages: a meager monotonous breakfast without fruits and vegetables. Of the drinks, only instant coffee/ tea and water.
Only gel, shampoo and soap are provided from hygiene products. There are no toothbrushes, cotton pads and sticks, no hair conditioner and body lotions either.
Overall, the impression was pleasant. The price and quality correspond.

I booked this hotel for one night through booking, upon arrival it turned out that there were no available rooms and I was checked into a hotel near Santa Villa , they have the same territory, but the buildings are different and the room is correspondingly different and the price is the same (11,340 AMD)
I was offered to choose a room, there were 3 available on the 1st floor.
The room is clean, the bed linen is clean, a good bed, pillows, everything is fine. In September, it was still warm and you could only hide there with a sheet, which is strange in principle, I was freezing, I was looking for a blanket, but there was no blanket, and there was nowhere to store it there, since there was no closet in the room, I asked for a blanket. The hotel is right by the road.

the sockets are absolutely useless, there was nowhere to turn on the kettle, the sockets in the room are at such a height that nothing could be connected, the wire could not reach, even considering that the kettle was on the refrigerator, the cord did not reach the outlet anyway
There is no closet, nowhere to put things, just a drawer
The room is very small, except for the bed, nothing fits, but it is cozy alone
Breakfast is very meager and the most shameful thing is that tea is a couple of tea bags brewed in an electric kettle. The food was just on the table and many foreigners coming in did not even understand where to get food. Self-service, as if I just went to someone's house and there was food on the table in the kitchen.

The girl at the reception was talking loudly on the phone, everything was heard in the room, every word and an hour or two chatted in the evening

The hotel is located on the edge of the city on a remote street. There are no shops, no cafes, no infrastructure.
Breakfasts are one name. Fried potatoes, pasta and sausages. When asked to cook scrambled eggs, the receptionist pretended that the products were out.
The numbers are dead. There's a finger-sized crack in the door. The bathroom faucet is broken, reported at the reception, and no attempts have been made to fix it for 3 days. The furniture is falling apart. I opened the bedside table, the front panel remained in my hands. View from the window to the slums. There is either no hot water, or you wait 10 minutes for the hot water to flow.
I highly do not recommend the hotel, even for this money.

I was at this hotel from April 16th to 20th. Friendly staff, always helped if there were any questions or difficulties. The room is small, but cozy and clean. A comfortable double bed. The bathroom is equipped with everything necessary, there were no problems with hot water. Delicious breakfasts from 9 am to 11 am. There was a supermarket, a pharmacy near the hotel within walking distance — in general, everything you need. The hotel left only pleasant impressions)

The audibility between the rooms is hellish, like a newspaper partition. There was no window in my room from the word at all. Shower with thermostat, but connecting cold and hot along the way in places. Therefore, in the process of automatic temperature control, it is thrown into 2 modes: ice or flame. To catch an acceptable temperature is another attraction. It doesn't even make sense to talk about stains on the carpet anymore... Breakfast is extremely austere, instant coffee and all that sort of thing.

I rented a room on the top floor. There are no windows, super thin walls: you can hear a man wiping his head with a towel behind the wall. So the roof is made of corrugated board, and in the evening and at night the wind rises - you sleep in a roar. Breakfast is disgusting: a bowl of semolina porridge with lumps, unsweetened watermelon, cottage cheese, sour cream, instant coffee. It is located far from the center.

The hotel is of poor quality, there is a strong smell of sewage in the rooms from sanitary units, it is not possible to lie all broken beds, breakfast is for show, the interior partitions are made of paper, even the light from the next room was visible in the ceiling. I do not recommend this place.

A hostel, not a hotel!
We ordered a large room through booking, arriving at the hotel we were provided with a small room for 10 m, they say there are no big ones left! The neighbor's audibility is like in his room, since the full room was divided by plywood into 2.
In the morning there was no electricity in the room.
Of the advantages, only the mattress and cleanliness.

I just came to spend the night, they take off one star for cold, tasteless breakfasts, it's very unpleasant. There is no proper coffee even for breakfast. And so the hotel is good, far from the center, true, but a cheap taxi solves everything. The beds and mattresses are excellent, the only rooms are in a commendable room, it's terrible, the window is under the ceiling. But it's not for me.

I liked everything, they were placed early in the morning until the evening of the same day, the staff is polite, it feels very much that they want to help. Clean, snow-white towels, it's nice to be in bed after a long flight. All payment issues were resolved diplomatically and quickly. I recommend it!

It's terrible, the staff is zero, room 106 in the basement is a horror, a small window from which only the legs of people passing by can be seen, the room was not fully renovated, wires were sticking out on the ceiling in the bathroom and there was no lighting, there is no sound insulation at all, next to our room they were doing repairs from 9:00 to 20:00, it was impossible to stay in the room, I just wanted to escape, everyone was yelling, drilling something, talking on the phone!!!! I didn't catch WiFi, there was no TV, there was no air conditioner, there were no floor coverings, we walked on tiles. The administrator never asked if everything was okay, if she could help in any way, etc. The indifference of the maximum level! They threw the money in the trash, took 130,000 drams in a week. IT'S TERRIBLE! THE WORST HOTEL IN MY LIFE!
