A very nice hotel with spacious rooms overlooking the garden and the sea. Upon arrival, we were lucky and were given a room with a sea view, an incredibly beautiful view. Please note that the hotel is located high and far from the main road - 15 minutes on foot. But the hotel has a free shuttle that runs according to schedule to the center and the Fisherman. The hotel also has an off-road vehicle, which can take you to the main road for free upon request. We usually asked to be picked up from the road after evening walks around the island, we just wrote to the reception at WhatsApp and the car arrived. We only took breakfast, the hotel menu has a wide variety of omelets, fruits, salads, waffles, pancakes. There is more than enough for the included breakfasts. The hotel staff is very friendly, everyone is friendly and wants to help, the English level of all staff is very good. The hotel's European chief manager appears by the pool twice a week, treats all guests with drinks and is interested in the quality of service. The room we lived in was very spacious, with separate shower and toilet, two sinks and a large mirror. A huge king-size double bed. Large balcony with sun beds. The room was cleaned daily. We also ordered room service, and everything arrived quickly enough, fresh and delicious. We were very satisfied with the quality of service of this hotel.

A wonderful hotel that really deserves the highest ratings. From the moment of arrival, there is an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility — everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The interior is incredibly beautiful: stylish, modern, but at the same time warm and comfortable. Every corner is created with attention to detail and taste. I would like to mention the view from the room separately — it is really impressive. It's nice to open the curtains in the morning and see this beauty, and in the evening enjoy the scenery when the city or nature outside the window are transformed in soft light. The staff deserves special thanks: they are attentive, tactful, always ready to help and answer any question. Everything is organized at a high level, there is a sincere attitude towards the guests. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you need. Cleaning is carried out regularly and very efficiently. The breakfasts are delicious, varied, and served in a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel left the warmest impressions. I want to stay longer here and definitely come back again. A real place for relaxation and inspiration.

What awaits you if you decide to stay here for 5-7 days: 1. Sore back and neck, because the mattresses and pillows are very bad 2. Fungus on the feet, because the showers are not washed at all. They smell of urine and mildew, and there are bugs on the walls. In general, the quality of cleaning is disgusting, it just doesn't exist here. 3. Taking a shower is also problematic, because in this 5* hotel, there is a 30-liter water heater in each room, and when one person takes a shower, there won't be enough hot water for the other. I am generally silent about the water pressure and the condition of the plumbing. There are no cotton pads and cosmetics provided here, and if you request them, they will be brought as in cheap hostels. The slippers are from the same place. 4. You won't like Thai food here, because they don't know how to cook at all. All their dishes are completely tasteless, whatever you order. Breakfast is generally a separate topic: the service is disgusting. At 10 a.m., there is nothing on the Swedish line anymore. No juices, no salads, no fruits, no clean plates. One day, I was waiting for a custom-made dish from the 35 menu!!! Minutes! They cooked an omelet for 35 minutes!!!! And you're not welcome at breakfast. The feeling that you're interfering with their conversation with your food!!! They chatter incessantly, like magpies in a bazaar. 5. You won't be able to relax by the pool either, as it has been occupied by 60+ guests since the morning. And there are about 30 deck chairs for the entire hotel, the quality of which cannot be conveyed: dirty, old, wobbly, wrinkled ... as well as towels by the pool, which you will take out of such terrible bags yourself.… 6. The air conditioners in the room are also a separate story. They all smell damp and constantly break down and, of course, at night, giving out various errors. You fall asleep in the cool and wake up because there is nothing to breathe in the room. When I noticed everything with photos attached to the hotel manager, I heard: "if you don't like something, move out"... I haven't seen such "hospitality" for a long time! We stayed here 2 years ago, everything was much more pleasant and welcoming. Even if there were any comments, they were immediately resolved, and not this "move out" To sum up: all the positive reviews were written by people who stay here for 1 night for the view from the pool, which, by the way, is only 1.20 cm deep in the adults-only hotel. All the negative reviews were written by people who lived here in this "five-star hotel" for at least 5 nights and they were very uncomfortable, just like us!
