I wrote to the mail with a description of the problem, to which I received a reply that the specialist was on vacation and would contact me after 10/24/2022. Excuse me, but do you have only 1 specialist working in such a company? This is ridiculous. You're bullying the customers. Today is 8.11.2022. But they never called back. Probably the specialist forgot how to use the phone during the vacation, that I still haven't received a call back.
