The review of the jigsaw was a previous review for 2022. I will write about the company as a software user. We updated the n/a and my opinion changed for the worse. I tested it for 2 months and it was during work, and I hoped that I was wrong, but no - a miracle did not happen. I'll start with today - about 40 times the software crashed and I had to log in again, it's very convenient when there's a queue under the doors. That's probably the way it should be. People will sit down, calm down.
As far as I understand, another unsolvable problem is the lack of testers, and I alone, like my colleagues, carry out a responsible mission - evaluating and refining software. But for some reason, not all my grades are taken into account, one example is to print some documents, you need to press the print button 4 times and it opens in different windows, 3 times at best, why you can't press the print button 2 times and it will print is not clear. What is an intuitive interface and working in parallel in different windows is also known from third-party written sources. I was pleased with the work of the call center - polite and delicate, it's a pity that for some reason they need to finish and fix what is not done right away, but not everything is in their power. In general, is it really possible for this company (others can - I checked) to make software that will work immediately and without jambs?
