It's really delicious, I've been to the restaurant several times. But they do not know how to work absolutely for delivery, after 20 minutes of waiting, they cancel the order, no one will call, offer to replace the items (if suddenly something did not turn out), just a silent cancellation of the order.

Around the clock and without alcohol!
In this, yes, the biggest poles of this institution. But, we're talking about the restaurant, so we're talking about food. And the food, frankly speaking, deserves praise. You can, of course, praise each dish separately, but I'll put it simply - everything is delicious! Pilaf, lagman, samsa, manta rays, salads are on top. Moreover, fast delivery and attentive waiters allow you not to get bored waiting for food.

There are two halls, one is actually Soames, the second is mar-mar. The first one is simpler, the second one has richer decoration and a large number of waiters. The menu intersects. The pilaf is excellent, as well as other dishes that I have tried on the level. The service is beyond praise (in mar-mar). The price tag is average, and it is quite consistent with the quality.
I would like to add my thanks to the management and the waiters. It is very pleasant to see the high-class work of the waiters - the ability to do their job with dignity and please visitors with it. It's damn nice to receive professional courtesy and cordiality during service without both obsequiousness and arrogance. I've been to Mar-Mar probably more than 25 times in total. I saw how the team was being assembled, I don't know what, but they were having conversations with them. The results are gorgeous, respect, rahmat, true gratitude.

I like the kitchen in general. Attentive waiters. Naryn, kovurma lagman, salads, soames always take no complaints yet.
On the downside, sometimes it is difficult to translate with waiters. We clarified before ordering fried chuchwara whether the kaymak is served, ordered, and eventually sour milk was brought. We tried to solve the situation, but our claim was not understood. It didn't even work out to order kaymak separately, it's a trifle, but it's not tasty to eat fried dumplings in dry water.
