We were in a Georgian cafe — you can just lick your fingers! The khinkali was just perfect: juicy, fragrant, with broth inside. The dough is thin, and the minced meat is very tasty. Khachapuri in Adjarian style is generally a delight: crispy dough, stretched cheese and an egg mixed with butter and cheese. Kharcho soup is spicy, rich and very warming. The service is fast, the atmosphere is cozy. I definitely recommend it for those who like to have a hearty and delicious meal!

It is located next to the house, but due to the high prices, we were there only two times. A Georgian restaurant where traditions are respected. It is clear that they love their guest. The interior has a national flavor. There is a desire for minimalism. But with warm accents. The main hall is designed in a calm color scheme. With dark brown sofas and tables. Contrasting with the white brick walls. There are vintage pendant lamps with warm amber light. Black and white retrospectives on the walls. Decorative flower garlands on the partitions. An authentic ceramic jug with a Georgian cross. An elegant doll in a national costume at the bar. In general, there are a lot of references to Georgia. This time we started with baking. Khachapuri is rosy and lush in Imeretian. The crust was dense, but remained soft. Cheese filling with moderate saltiness. The dough was a little thicker than I was used to. I praise you for the abundance of cheese. But it is better that the dough is literally 1 mm thinner. Then we tried classic khinkali with beef and pork. Elastic pouch with clear folds. It looks like hand molding. The meat is seasoned with cilantro. The broth is very hot. The tails are slightly thicker than needed, but generally ok. The shish kebab turned out juicy. Pieces of pork neck with golden crust and smoky aroma. Served with a side dish of pickled red onion. The meat was incredibly tender. As befits a pig's neck. I would add a sprig of rosemary baked next to the meat. Lakhmanjuri: an open pie with a crispy crust and an even layer of minced meat. The minced meat is balanced and spicy with hints of cumin. No wow effect, but delicious. The stewed vegetables and nut dressing were combined with cilantro, garlic and vinegar. The neat balls are decorated with ruby pomegranate seeds. The beetroot phali combined earthy sweetness with a garlic note and a nutty aftertaste. I definitely like the bright taste of walnuts. I finished with sea buckthorn tea. Warming, sweet and sour, rich orange color. With the dominant taste of sea buckthorn. Hot, not cloying, with natural honey. As for the service. The serving speed of snacks and drinks is approx. The waiting time for shish kebab and khachapuri is not approx. The waiter also forgot to offer to bring ground pepper to the khinkali. In general, they honor the classics. They have a leisurely meal. The restaurant gives a Georgian feel, but the prices are too high.

A wonderful Georgian-friendly place on my favorite Shevchenko Boulevard since childhood! I highly recommend homemade red wine – divine nectar! And all the dishes are super — tasty, squishy, fragrant, satisfying, with beautiful serving! We will definitely come back here again!!!
