We were out of season. There are few neighbors, so they did not interfere. But the audibility is very good (coughing, sneezing, etc. - everything is audible). The room was a living room+ a room with two balconies. Big, bright, not stuffy. The administrator is good-natured, made concessions and responded to requests. From one balcony there is a view of the sea, from the second - of the mountain with the inscription "Alanya". There is a mosque 20 meters away. But this is the 11th time I have been to Turkey, and calls to prayer do not bother me. There is a beach in front of the hotel, but it is better to go further away. We rode bicycles for 3 km to Cleopatra. All shops are nearby. We were with a cat - there were no problems with check-in, they did not charge an additional fee

We stayed at this hotel in October 2020. I liked the rest. The hotel is small, but cozy enough. The room is two-room with a kitchenette. We lived on the second floor. An avocado tree grows right under the windows. They even picked some fruits and brought them to Moscow. The beach is very close and the best thing is that the sun beds with umbrellas on the beach are free. The entrance to the sea is quite rocky, but we went to the bridge of the Panorama hotel. There is a very convenient access to the sea. The water was very clean and warm. The food was fine. You won't stay hungry. We bought beef in a nearby Migros and fried it in the kitchen in the room. The market is open on Fridays. Very cheap fruits and vegetables. I still remember the plums. We went to Cleopatra beach, but that day the sea there was very dirty. Condoms and baby poo floated. This is very strange, because in Alanya we rested for 5 years in a row in different hotels, went to the Cleopatra beach and it was always the cleanest.

We really liked it, especially the price/quality. We went from 08.02 to 20.02 for 35,000, all inclusive, we bought the tour on level travel. The hotel is perfectly located! Everything is in the center, next to the mountain (Fortress), all shops, cafes are within walking distance. The rooms are large, air conditioning in the bedroom is free, in the kitchen for a fee (not used, because there was no need). There were minor flaws in the bathroom: the shower water was running badly and the faucets were rusty, but everything worked.
We are not whimsical people and turned a blind eye to it. But the food for the three is just great, very tasty. There was chicken (delicious), some meat, and fish (very tasty), a lot of vegetables, we liked everything, there is something to compare, the food here is better than in other three.
I really liked the staff! All the friendly people always try to help, the atmosphere is just homely, quiet and cozy.
I would have come back here!

Surprisingly, in the age of the Internet, wifi and ubiquitous smartphones, television is a very useful thing, especially on vacation. But with this, the Maren Beach Apart Hotel has difficulties.
The TV was small by 22 inches, no more. And it was available only in the dining room, but it was not in the bedroom.
In addition, the choice of channels was very small – only 3 Turkish channels, 2 Russian and 1 German, which played American music 98% of the time.
And after a week of living, all 3 Turkish channels disappeared. First 2 disappeared, then all 3 disappeared completely.
But for a free traveler, local TV is still a very necessary thing that is very worth watching in order to know the country you are traveling in.
For example, in Antalya at the Merve Hotel, I not only watched CNN Turk, but also three other Turkish channels with talk shows like 60 Minutes on Rossiya 1, where the Turkish point of view of 4 channels on the war in Artsakh (Karabakh) between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The news picture of all 3 of course was frankly miserable, since the faces of the faces discussing something there were completely superfluous, but the picture was there!!! And no worse than the picture on "Russia"
German-English was completely about nothing, so I didn't watch it at all.
TNT may have been funny, but it was impossible to watch it for a long time.
Rossiya was pleased with the news, but it was not ours, but the German broadcast, which was also impossible to watch for a long time.
Therefore, in terms of television "Maren Beach Apart Hotel" it is worth improving the indicators.
The only thing missing in terms of furniture was a dining table.
The other little things did not cause objections.
"Maren Beach Apart Hotel" at first scared me with some special indication of the room on the 5th floor, however, there is an elevator in the "Maren Beach Apart Hotel" and it works well.
The WiFi was great!! The password and login were included very easily.
The air conditioner also pulled perfectly!
They cleaned well, sometimes even very persistently, but not before 10.00. But they cleaned up! Beds were refueled, toilet paper was added, shampoos were simply filled up.
There was a full set of cutlery for the apart-hotel. There was only a kettle missing, but the tile was two-burner, so there were no difficulties with boiling water.
The built-in refrigerator did not cause any objections.
The muezzin on the minaret of the kami (mosque) of Farhatiye began at 05.40, but not cruelly, since our apartments were on the side of the courtyard. Overlooking Alanya Lighthouse, Alanya Fortress.
On the courtyard side of the Maren Beach Apart Hotel there is a pool for 5-10 people, if you count children, then there is definitely a separate place for them – a separate small pool for kindergartens with a partition so that they do not escape into the adult pool.
Apart-hotels like having their own kitchen, as this allows, unlike a regular hotel, to completely ignore the schedule of breakfasts, lunches or dinners, so I cooked breakfast-lunch-dinner myself as needed. Moreover, there were two Migros nearby at once - one on the way from the square with the monument to Ataturk but on the side opposite the sea, and the other is located directly diagonally across the courtyard to Bulut Street.
The Maren Beach Apart Hotel is located close enough to the sea, literally 200 meters away, to which crossing Ahmet Tokush Boulevard through a pedestrian crossing is worth being careful, since in Turkey a pedestrian has no advantage at a pedestrian crossing and must be attentive. In addition, in Turkey, moped traffic among pedestrians seems to be allowed, so you need to be careful and attentive. There are signs prohibiting the movement of mopeds and scooters, but they are not strongly observed. In addition, mopeds are definitely used on bike paths.
And since there is a rental service next to the Maren Beach Apart Hotel in the alley immediately before the exit to Akhmet Tokush Boulevard, then take bicycles and use all rights yourself. You need a license for mopeds!! The category "only A" is not required, since it goes to B, C, D, and E. And don't forget the helmet. He will save not only his head, but also protect him from unnecessary attention from the police.
Before the trip, you can and should go to a barbershop nearby, where you really liked haircuts not only for the price, but also for the fact that your eyebrows were trimmed, and the hair in your ears and earlobes was not only trimmed, but also removed with a special burning stick for cauterizing hair. In general, where they performed a full service for turning from a "red-haired gyavur" into an "Ottoman gentleman".
If you are tired of such trips, you can take a ride to the Alanya Fortress on the 4th bus from the stop "Cuma Pazarı Otobüs Durağı" to the final stop "Kale 45", which used to walk very rarely, but now it has become only 2 times a day. Therefore, welcome to the Alanya Teleferik, that is, to the lift from Damlatash Street right at Cleopatra Beach. but the price will already be "horse" – 30 lira per adult and 23 lira per child for a round trip or 23 lira and 17 lira for a trip only up. However, unlike the bus, the lift only goes up to the Suleymaniye Mosque, so you still have to walk a little bit up for 20 minutes. But you don't have to wait for the bus, as the booths run in 2-3 minutes.
Wearing masks when entering the fortress is mandatory, as well as when using the lift, entering the store, communicating with the police, bus drivers, hotel receptionists. The rest of the time, it's just important to have it. Only special policemen in brown shirts find fault – something like the environmental police, since the ordinary Turkish police wear blue sports suits, but you can only talk to them with a mask.
Masks are also mandatory on city buses, and in addition, intercity buses spray their hands with an antiseptic with an excellent smell of cologne, and not bleach, as with us, each time they travel for 1 hour. We came from Antalya to Alanya and back in the wonderful smell of "Cologne water"!! So use the intercity bus service in Turkey!!
And to do this, you need to choose free travel methods and apartment hotels, such as the Maren Beach Apart Hotel.

Convenient location to the city center and sightseeing facilities, the beach is across the street, beach equipment is free. Good, undiluted alcohol, delicious food, no meat, chicken in small quantities. From the territory and entertainment - billiards and a swimming pool. The rooms are large, some with a full kitchen, some without. There are slippers and a bathroom set. Among the disadvantages are terribly uncomfortable pillows, old, torn, sometimes stained bed linen. The mosque is a hundred meters away, so it can be annoying for someone. There are a lot of cats, a small park nearby, Migros and shawarma for 7 lire. Free bonus karaoke in the cafe at the beach, Russians are given Russian-language songs, but there is a hidden huge folder with multilingual ones. I warn the singers, the equipment is lousy, it was enough to understand once that there was nothing to do there, but the people moved in). There are a lot of agencies nearby, you can bargain, for example, a hammam - $ 15.

Close to the historical part, they feed meat almost all the time, the room is a chic two-room with a kitchen, balcony and sea view. The only thing that overshadows the rest is that with enviable regularity the administrator pours heated beer (he specially brought bottles to stand up, I can't drink cold) to the Germans if I don't have time to drink them myself.

In general, we liked it! There is everything you need to relax, the hotel is very close to the beach, the atmosphere is friendly! They are trying to diversify the kitchen, drinks at the bar are all inclusive)))! There is a swimming pool, there are problems with showers, faucets do not work well, the temperature regime is practically not regulated! And in general, we had a good rest!!!

A hotel for non-ordinary tourists! The staff is friendly, but the room cleaning could have been better. The food is monotonous, but delicious. We weren't hungry. Sometimes, for a change, we ate in cafes along the embankment. Alcohol is like in Turkey, not very much.... But it was enough to sit in the evening and gain "cheerfulness". The beach is normal, the entrance to the sea is not very good. You can go a little to the right, where there is a good descent. The audience at the hotel is diverse, mostly normal Russian families and companies, there are Europeans (very friendly), there was no TAGIL. All adequate and pleasant people. The hotel is not bad, for an economical stay.

A few days ago, we returned from this hotel with PLEASURE, since at the end we were already counting the days before departure.
In order: the transfer is about 3 hours, not stressful, we checked in immediately, for 20 Baku dollars we were given a room on the fourth floor. Two rooms, a nice large balcony along the entire room. The room has a very small shower cabin, my size 52 could fit, but it would be problematic for larger people. Who cares - there is a TV with one Russian channel (TNT). There is no cleaning, the balcony was dirty when checking in, and remained unwashed never, they take out the garbage, well, thanks for that. Swans were turned up a couple of times for chocolate and lira, and we didn't need to, they just left it as a sign of attention for not working too hard, but still working.
The food is not worse, the only thing, I will be fair, delicious soups, otherwise only terribly peppered chicken, I saw how people cut off its upper part with knives so that it would be possible to eat at least something, once there was trout, but already "with a whiff", they did not dare to eat. One of the reviews says: "The choice for the three is huge. There have never been any offal. Whole pieces of meat. Fish, perfectly fried, large. If fish was served, there was still meat. They also gave pork." The most interesting thing is that the review is also for September! Well, there has never been pork, nor a simultaneous choice of fish and meat, the motto of the hotel is chicken, only chicken and nothing but chicken! So it would be fine without this insane amount of spices, because it's impossible to eat, or is it a special concept of the hotel to eat less?! It worked for them with regard to us, I hope they became richer. In June, we rested on the opposite side of the mountain, there was also often a chicken, but we ate there with pleasure, since it was cooked for people (the hotel is oriented towards Germans).
According to the bar, the beer is non—alcoholic, but cold, the wine, of course, is the cheapest (we saw the same on sale in Migros), but not diluted, there are no questions. We tried an alcoholic cocktail with some kind of poisonous red liquid, but couldn't finish it. We haven't tried anything strong. I do not recommend paid cocktails, I witnessed how a woman demanded change from $ 50 for three cocktails (cocktails cost $ 10 or 50 lira), and the girl pretended not to understand anything on tap, I had to call the administrator, who also does not understand in Russian, I do not know how the incident ended. Another time, when handing out a cocktail, a young guy was told that he had to pay extra. He began to get indignant, his friend came up and said that if there was not enough money, he would add, to which the first replied that at first they called one amount, and now they demand twice as much. This fate did not escape me either: in the evening, the three of us went to the karaoke bar of the hotel, I asked for 2 mojito cocktails (my daughter does not drink), for some reason they made 3 for me. Well, they did, so they did. I had 100 liras with me in advance, I gave them away and went to the table to get the money. I took $20 to pay $10 extra and went to the bar. The bartender was busy with other orders, and then stubbornly pretended not to notice me. After waiting like a poor relative for 15 minutes, I sat down at a table and immediately one of the waiters ran up and began babbling about the payment. I gave him $20, explaining with gestures that it was for the third cocktail, I had already paid for two. He nodded his head, returned five minutes later and gave me the change.......2 dollars. I went to the bar to sort it out. They showed me a completely different waiter, who did not look like me, I said that I gave the money to another, to which I was given the answer that it was my own fault, since I do not know who I gave the money to! I demanded that they find out from the video, returned all three untouched cocktails and, saying in Turkish "chok tesekkur ederim" - thank you very much, left. The next day, the bartender from our hotel (Kirghiz Nurjigit) He said that they had figured it out, the confused waiter was to blame for everything. That's it! No apologies, no refund, or at least a previously paid cocktail! Real Turkish hospitality......
The beach is really nearby, but keep in mind that this is a narrow strip of sand for several hotels. The sun beds of our hotel are green, they stand in five rows of ten pieces. By simple mathematical calculations, it is not difficult to guess that with 55 hotel rooms for 2-4 people each, half of the vacationers will not have enough places for them (I attach a photo to confirm). You won't be able to lie down on towels either — there really is no place. The entrance to the tin sea. First, they bled their feet, and then they used the life hack of some vacationers — you go into the sea knee-deep and immediately on your belly, back the other way around. It is not very convenient and not at all aesthetically pleasing. And this is for us, middle-aged people, I'm not talking about children at all. I saw an elderly German couple, carefully supporting each other by the hands, trying to enter the sea. After both of them almost fell several times, the man waved his hand in resignation and they returned to the shore, I really felt sorry for them.
The sanitation is complete, about flies, smells and cats (some of them are sick) everything in previous reviews is indicated correctly.
Upon returning home that night, my wife was taken to the Botkin hospital with nausea, vomiting and convulsions, I also somehow survived that night with these symptoms of poisoning, is it a coincidence?
Anticipating the comments "what do you want for three kopecks", I will say in advance that I paid 124 rubles from St. Petersburg for 10 nights for three, not so much, but I think it's enough not to see dead mice, have at least some tolerable food (except soups) and not get on my return to the hospital.

I was at the hotel in January 2020. In general, everything is not bad. For me, the coffee is not delicious and the table is a little meager. But I knew where I was going and didn't expect much.
It's fine for three stars. The main thing is the climate and the sea! The location is good.
