I recently had the pleasure of visiting a delightful restaurant near Patriarch’s Ponds for lunch. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to take a break and enjoy some delicious food. I ordered coffee, pasta, and a dessert a brownie. Everything was excellent! The coffee was rich and aromatic, the pasta was cooked to perfection and had a fantastic flavour, and the brownie was a perfect ending to my meal it was moist, chocolatey, and incredibly satisfying. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great place to have lunch and enjoy some fantastic dishes.

I can’t comment on the food, as I didn’t have the chance to try it. However, my experience with the staff was disappointing. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by an unprofessional and rude staff member. I was informed that there were no available tables, which I understood. However, as I asked about the menu to potentially make a reservation for the future, the employee walked away in the middle of our conversation without listening to me. It’s worth noting that this staff member was responsible for welcoming guests, and there were no other visitors at the door at the time. This behavior was very uncalled for and made the entire experience frustrating. I hope the management will address this issue for future guests. Я не могу оценить еду, так как не успел её попробовать. Однако, мой опыт общения с персоналом был разочаровывающим. Когда я вошёл в ресторан, меня встретил сотрудник с непрофессиональным и грубым поведением. Мне сообщили, что нет свободных столиков, что я понял. Однако, когда я стал интересоваться меню, чтобы, возможно, забронировать столик на будущее, сотрудник прервал разговор и ушёл, не выслушав меня. Стоит отметить, что этот сотрудник отвечал за встречу гостей, и в тот момент возле двери не было других посетителей. Такое поведение абсолютно неприемлемо и сделало мой визит неприятным. Надеюсь, что руководство примет меры для улучшения сервиса в будущем.
