Emotions: A quiet horror. I have not seen such a business hall even in Asian countries. You can put 0, I would put it. Of the advantages ... but there are none. We went in and out after 20 minutes. Situation: There are no Windows, as in the basement. I won't even comment on the food.

The manager spoke to me very rudely on 03/17/2025. She didn't want to solve my issues, she tried to kick me out, even though I had a ticket to the business lounge. I ask you to have a conversation with her. She refused to call the receptionist, saying that she was alone here. The work of this place does not reach the international level

I've already entered this business lounge several times: it's always completely full, there are no empty seats, and there's an unpleasant smell inside, so you can spend time at McDonald's with great pleasure.
