On 30.08.2014, at the request of friends, they took away a cake, large, 2 tiers, 6 kg in weight. Upon receiving the cake, we were very surprised (read - awesome!) the fact that the cake was given to us simply on a tray (read - a piece of plywood without sides and handles), without a box or any packaging, while providing this obscene matter with a comment like "the product does not fit into any of the boxes available at the enterprise." I dare say that 2 hours before our arrival, we called the company, namely with a specialist named Lyudmila, and the lack of packaging was not mentioned in the conversation. As a result, since the cake was picked up on the wedding day, I had to pick up this product at my own risk, loading it into a car without packaging, while driving with the product at normal speed was planned for about an hour, as a result, the road took almost 2 hours and the cake had to be constantly kept so that it would not crumble or fell off the tray. Thanks to the skill and experience of the driver and his assistant (who were repeatedly subjected to various kinds of obscene comments from other road users during the trip due to the speed of movement and maneuvers on the road), the cake was safely delivered to the celebration. Bottom line: I do not recommend ordering and buying products from this company, except for possibly improving the service of their work, given the very significant cost of the products - the service should be appropriate, and not the one they demonstrated in our case; if you decide to try your luck in cooperation - specify all the details, up to the packaging, tray (they also take a deposit for plywood ...), who will give you the order - a competent specialist who is able to solve the problem if he is standing in front of you or an ordinary security guard, whom this "specialist" instructed to give the cake to customers.

I do not recommend anyone to cooperate with this company. I ordered a cake for my daughter's first birthday in Mariam. I sent a sketch of the cake in advance and Mariam confirmed the possibility of making just such a cake. As a result, we changed the sketch at our discretion, instead of rich red, we were made a pink cake. The holiday was organized in red and a pink cake, for which they paid more than 1000 UAH, really spoiled my mood. At the same time, Mariam's staff did not even deign to apologize for the poor-quality work.
