they wanted to rent an apartment through this agency, first they say that payment is made upon arrival ( after check-in ), then that the hostess will not be there , but the realtor will leave the keys ( after payment and signing a contract with her ), and then they generally say to leave the money without any contracts , allegedly so that the apartment would not go to anyone . a terrible agency , I don 't recommend it !

We tried to look at an apartment in Bobruisk for several days, it just turned out to be impossible. On Sunday, 4 times were appointed, when they said after 21.00. We refused.Either something is not clean with the apartment, or the agents are not required, the owners would know about it. We buyers have to run after agents. Laughter. It was about this apartment. I do not recommend this agency.

Liars and laymen. They lie straight to your eyes, hide information when you ask to send documents, they are rude and say since you are so smart, make up the contract yourself! We decided to buy an apartment that was sold through this agency, everything was fine at the first meeting, agent Maxim showed and told everything. We decided to buy, gathered for a meeting for a contract. It was lucky that my friends advised me to check the apartment (anyone can through the BTI) - it turned out that the owner has debts, lawsuits, a ban on registration (you can buy, but not register). The agent turns out to know this, but apparently decided not to report it. Of course, we said that we would not buy with debts, so Maxim gave my number to the boss, who tried to force me to sign a contract, manipulate me like so you are not interested in this apartment, she spoke out of the tube apparently to Maxim - there will be no contract with these. In short, rudeness and a terrible attitude, there is nothing to say about politeness at all. We decided that the owner closes the debts and then we are ready to buy. We waited 2 weeks for the debts to be paid off and the apartment was checked again, this time everything was clean. We ask the agent to send the contract and all the documents so that the lawyer checks everything, as you know, it is definitely impossible to trust such people. Maxim says that they do not have a contract as such, there are only names and everything that you will look at there. But what does it mean there is no contract? I'm not buying a pen, an apartment, big money, obligations of the parties, force majeure, etc. To which Maxim replies, since such smart people would have made it up themselves. But in the end I sent the contract, it turns out there are 4 sheets and there is something to read. But the contract is at odds with the words of the agent, for example, the agent assured that the deposit is stored in the agency and is not transferred to the owner, the contract also states that the deposit is immediately transferred to the owner. Of course, we are shocked by such communication and by the insecurity of buyers, where we could give a deposit and only get a bunch of problems. I will not wish anyone to contact this agency, you will only waste your nerves and time, and if you are not lucky, you will also spend money.
