It's TERRIBLE how they work! That's my real story. On September 1, I gave the down jacket to replace the lock. Nothing like complicated, just need to take into account the buttons that must match. The master herself set the deadline in 2 weeks, as there is a lot of work with school uniforms now.. It's been the whole of September... In early October, I called the studio myself.. And from the master I hear a "brilliant" phrase: Well, your thing is winter, it still tolerates, and I put it aside and do autumn things!! That is, they do not intend to discuss the fate of MY thing with me at all, and I must silently wait for his Majesty the master to deign to take care of my down jacket! And when that happy moment came, and the lock was inserted, it turned out that not a single button matches!!! And when I fasten the down jacket, the whole front edge goes in waves! At the same time, the master tries to crush them with his hands on me and convinces me that this is how it should be!! From this, I had the feeling that either I was a fool, or the master was clearly inadequate! I had to find a solution to the problem myself and get the master to redo the lock for free! And I also had the carelessness to bring them a second thing in the same September. Also winter. All you have to do is open the edge of the fur along the castle.. So, it looks like I won't be walking in my fur park until next winter.. It's good that the down jacket is already in order, but it's thin and you have to dress like cabbage to keep warm! "THANK YOU" to you, atelier, and "master" Olga for taking such care of my health!! Draw conclusions, gentlemen! And repeat my mistakes.!!
