Initially, the admin was not in place, but this problem was solved by a call) the rooms are cleaned, neat, the price is average The shared kitchen is bright and relatively clean. The sea is close, a fenced beach without jellyfish. There were few people in September. The parking lot seems to be even guarded. Everything worked in my room, my friends had problems with the air conditioner and the lock in the door. Otherwise, no one bothered, there were no conflicts, we had a quiet rest and were glad that we found this place. P.S. Very cute kittens)

The location is good, near Kate park with a civil beach. But the hotel itself is so-so. Of the 14 rooms, only 4 have a balcony, and then it is shared, without partitions between the rooms. Towels after a shower should be hung on an outdoor dryer. The territory is bald, only 1 gazebo, it's the kitchen, it's the dining room. The stairs to the 2nd floor are terrible, according to Russian standards, such hotels are prohibited. They promised to change the bed in 5 days, but they did not. Towels were changed at our request.
