This is a residential complex in the tourist area of Dubai. It has a swimming pool, gym, saunas. There is a pizzeria on the ground floor. A couple of hundred meters away is the main walking area along the Marina Canal with magnificent views and restaurants. 20 minutes walk to the main beach of Dubai- JBR. Nearby Dubai Marina Mall shopping center. 100 m to metro station and tram stop. I recommend it!!!!
