The seller refused to accept the claim, because the owner of the store had changed and offered to look for the former owner. The purchase documents were provided. The claim is not to the former owner, but to the quality of the products sold in your store. Changing the owner does not remove the store's obligations to consumers.

Yesterday I bought shoes in this store, all the customers who were there served themselves. Three consultants stood in a group near the cash register, one was talking on the phone, two were communicating with each other and tried to avoid the gaze of customers. I have not seen such poor service for a long time. And as I see from the reviews 5 months ago, nothing has changed, so I assume that my review will go into the void. I advise you to go to another point and not raise these ladies KPI =)
