I want to leave a review about the work of one of the sales consultants in the Mark Formel store in the Almi shopping center. Today 09.11.2024 at about 18.50-19.40 I was shopping in this store. A consultant girl of slender build with long black hair (near the shoulder blades and below) loose worked in the gym (unfortunately, I could not see the name on the badge). Not only did this employee completely ignore what was happening in the hall: I couldn't hang my jeans on the hanger, because the hanger had weak pinches and the jeans were falling all the time. This employee, standing right in front of me, did not offer me any help to pick up the fallen jeans, although she saw that I had a lot of things in my hands. No help to hang them when the rack was bursting and it would be difficult to hang clothes there even with free hands. But worst of all, I watched a picture of an elderly woman who wanted to take T-shirts for her grandson for the promotion (3=2), and asked this consultant to pick up a pair of T-shirts for a 17-year-old guy, size L. The way the employee began to ask a 60-70-year-old woman about her face and clucking!!! the style of the T-shirt, the length of the sleeve, justifying this by saying that "she doesn't understand your grandson's tastes" - you just had to see. And it was clear to the horse that the woman just wanted to make a gift to her grandson and take some kind of T-shirt. And clearly this elderly woman does not understand the subtypes of T-shirts and their style!! All my life, I thought that consultants were needed to HELP a customer make a purchase, and not so that someone's unhappy grandmother would face a vile and arrogant consultant, and that it would be my grandmother who would have to STRAIN to tell the consultant which T-shirt to bring her! To summarize, I want to express my absolute disgust for this employee, and wish the management of Mark Formel to select people for work so that the buyer does not have the feeling that he still owes the consultant something for his help (because as far as I understand, the consultant receives money for his work!). This female consultant should at least be fired, and at most not allowed to work with people with such a physiognomy and manner of speech. If you can't handle your emotions or don't know how to work on promotional days, change your job to one where you don't need to communicate with people. But if you go out to communicate with people, be kind, do your job so that after contacting you, the person does not have feelings of shame and worthlessness. It is a pity that this unfortunate woman encountered such a vile service when she wanted to make a gift to her grandson. And there are no questions about the products, as always at high quality. But I don't set foot in this MF store anymore. P.S. Even in the Green shopping center, where the flow of people is much larger, all the consultants are tired, but with a sincere desire to help the client. Who let this boor work in the Almi shopping center, I won't say otherwise, it's not clear to me at all.
