As a result, the girl ran over me, asked "why am I walking with someone else's card, it's not easy to come up with a code like that" without saying anything more, she left to deal with something else, I'm standing in line, I don't understand what to do. Fortunately, I had cash with me, paid for the purchase and left with an unpleasant aftertaste. Teach your employees how to communicate with customers competently and explain that despite the complexity and workload, this is a job, they are not there for thanks.
