The store is just great! Our consultants helped us find the right product. The manager is nice and helpful, she helped me choose the things that suit me. the store is always clean. both on the floor and on the shelves. The store is not big, but there is plenty of choice!

Terrible service. Like the cashiers, like the manager. We didn't get the discount, so we had to wait until the manager came (who initially came up at the cashier's request and said "serve people" and went to the gym). I had to ask the cashier several times what I was waiting for, as if I couldn't be heard/seen. I would like to cancel the purchase altogether, but I would have to wait even longer for the refund. As a result, no one even apologized: the manager gave the difference in the amount, the cashier silently handed over the package. Just ugh. The management should not forcibly keep people who dislike their work so much.
