Kindly include in your official schedules at what specific time period do your employees have a lunch break?! I respect the right to a lunch break. However, when I arrived at this PVZ today at around 19:45 and saw the inscription "OBED 15 MINUTE" earlier, I did not find anywhere (neither in yandexmaps/market) the lunch schedule from and to. With this information in advance, I would not have wasted 20-25 minutes. I was unable to pick up my order, as were the other 6 customers. The door was closed, the light was on, but there was no one inside. P.S. at this point, your competitors are working non-stop.
