On 07/18/2019, we came to return the MATTIOLI bag that we bought on 07/12/2019. We were not refused. But! There was a man in the store who introduced himself as the owner of this store. He refused to give his name. Oh, gods ! He told us everything. And he sent for a herring, and discussed our appearance. He insisted all the time that we go shopping at the Polotsk market. He behaved rudely. When asked to give the complaint book, he did not refuse, but then he began to tear it out and threaten. The man was hysterical and called names. He behaved inappropriately. We were covered in mud from head to toe. If you don't want to be humiliated and insulted, don't go to this store!

I will put 5 stars purely to support the owner of this point. He has been keeping the brand for many years now, and... no matter what, he does not close his stores in Vitebsk. To me, no one walks in them, what profit do they make per month?? No way! But...The man is in love with fashion and .. it is clear how he tries to bring it to our people..the gray buyer.
