Choosing shoes to find additional sizes, no seller can get through, after a while, with a lazy gait, fits through your teeth what you wanted, they say, threw a box with the right size and left mumbling under my nose, I do not understand the prestigious store and the prices of shoes are not small why this attitude and where the management looks.

I want to leave a thank you for the responsiveness of the store manager Tatyana Mikhailovna! We needed dukes for boys, we have been buying in Marco for the 5th year in a row. But this year I haven't found a size 41 anywhere in our city. Tatyana Mikhailovna offered to contact another city (they were available on the website) to bring them to Mogilev. Unfortunately, the dukes turned out to be small, because in a year the leg grew by 2 sizes. But the attentive attitude to each customer will always be remembered. Good sales to the store! I love Marko's company, I was very happy when this store opened in my area. I've been going there for years, but the service is always terrible. Employees run into corners in the presence of a potential buyer, you run after them and ask for advice. The seller is a blonde woman with hair below the shoulders of a dense build - she has been working there for a very long time, so she is generally rude, about the question of having discounts at the moment, she said look at the site. And such stories can be told forever about these grieving workers. Do it like in Europe, the salary is from sales, so at least maybe they run around and won't come to work to sit in their pants. Moreover, I will note such negligent service only on the Minsk Highway, in other Stores Marko was always served very well.
