Then there was the situation, they sat on a fitting ottoman, the size did not fit, the consultant was standing next to them and continued an active conversation with one of the visitors (obviously familiar), I had to carefully reach for the right pair, there was no reaction when I was looking for the size from the consultant, respectively, there was no desire to help with the choice either. It was a very unpleasant attitude, because there was no customer orientation, the consultant did not pay attention in view of the active conversation, standing near the shelf and not even thinking to move when you choose shoes. You need to think about how to take the box, so as not to accidentally interfere. The right size and proper shoes were never found. The attitude was very upset. But in a nearby store, a consultant helped from start to finish, as a result, the shoes were bought there. Apparently, this store does not care about customers and is not interested in sales.
