Since we were taking two pairs of boxes, we took only one so as not to drag the other home. We went home in one of the models. About a week has passed since the purchase, and there are 14 days since the purchase. For which we were refused an exchange. There is a law of the Republic of Belarus on consumer rights protection. Where I called for a consultation. I was consulted. they called the article that I announced in the store. to which the employees replied that the consumer rights society did not know the articles and laughed at it. Which was extremely unpleasant and ugly on their part. Then my daughter and I came and filed a complaint against them. To which the claim sent by the reply to the mail indicates that they have a scuff, all this is a complete lie, there is no scuff on them. We just didn't take the box for this model. Dear people, when buying shoes in this store, think 10 times and try them on because you will have a lot of problems to exchange and return. That's how it turned out in this store .
