Can't say that atmosphere is relaxing and polite. Loud speaking visitors, not very friendly personnel. Small and not very interesting menu of dishes. Uncosy, small and firm chairs. Crowds of customers interested in buying the books swarm behind those who have come to rest and have a meal, a weird format. Some dessert price tags may occasionally be set wrongly, what led to multiple confusions with personnel.
