Well, I got into not quite a nice situation in here: so I wanted to have a bit of something to eat while I was browsing some books and I ordered something called Kish and I asked the bartender if this dish is vegetarian and he said yes: so I ordered it, and then it turned out it’s not! It was with chicken. And so I said it to the bartender in his native language and he didn’t apologise for that. So be careful in here - make sure what food you’re given to pay for!

The best thing about this Marks locations is the relaxed vibe and comfortable seating. It is cozy in the winter and great outdoor seating in the summer. No decaf though- which is served in the other Marks location.

It's a great place! Excellent location in a secluded and quiet courtyard, a minute from the avenue and complete silence) The interior is bright and spacious, there is a terrace. A large selection of drinks and a delicious menu of main dishes for every taste: from buckwheat with egg to sweet breakfasts. And, of course, nice staff :)

We enter the courtyard in the busiest place in Minsk and it's like another world!! I really like raspberry + orange smoothie with juice. My husband always drinks non-sweet cocoa. I like everything. There were three times. Our order has not changed yet. And next time, smoothies again. In spring, there will be tables on the sunny, windless side. Rush. After the cafe, you can view books. The audience is different and unusual, and our Belarusian tolerance is evident. The staff is young and diligent, attentive. It's all clear.

An interesting concept of combining a bookstore and a coffee shop, something like Subscription publications in St. Petersburg, but at lower speeds, matching the compactness of Minsk. Thanks to the team for decorating the city with a stylish place for the creative elite in the good sense of the word, the city lacks this. But I can't give 5 stars, since waiting for a salad for almost an hour without warning is a long time, unfortunately, the service is slow. Of course, the place is not primarily about food, but you expect that even in such a simple salad there will be no "worm holes" in the apple) The ice matcha latte lacked saturation, rather more milk-flavored matches, but overall delicious. In general, the impression is positive, but I would say that this is more a place about fashion and urban hangout than about tastes and comfort. While I was looking for a book to really buy it, I got a little tired of giving way to everyone who just came in to take a picture against the background of the shelves in the institute. So it will not always be easy to sit down and enjoy a book or the process of choosing it) This is my opinion, but in general, respect for having created such an original corner

I love places like this, it's interesting to look at books, look for something interesting, enjoy the interior, and almost always there are interesting postcards in such places (here too, I was happy to send them to six recipients, although I didn't plan to). I was there twice, both times the staff were pleasant and polite, just like in the coffee shop (interesting menu and very tasty pastries and drink)

The guys rented a large room and combined a bookstore + a coffee shop The idea is cool, but the implementation.... In one hall they sit and read quietly, in the other there is some kind of pub Everyone is making noise and not blushing, the interior seems stylish, but everything is flimsy, uncomfortable and bought at a flea market for a ruble. The menu is quite rich, but the prices are not justified I wouldn 't have come back here a second time , and I wouldn 't have come by.

Unfortunately, the visit did not go well : 1. a cockroach running on the floor scared me, the workers said that they are poisoned every week, but they still appear 2. in the area where the cafe was uncomfortable, the tables are very close, you do not hear the interlocutor, but people from neighboring tables, you can not move to the library (there are chairs and tables) with food or dessert, you can only have a drink. 3. There was a hair in the dessert, the waiter said that she did not see it (my friend also clearly saw it), but she replaced the dessert.

Of this network, this is the most unfortunate place. It was 19.10: the order was carried for a sooo long time (about 20 minutes, there was nothing to cook there), there was only quiche and coffee, the coffee was brought earlier, and the quiche had to wait another 10 minutes. It felt like children were working and not quite coping with the load. Cockroaches are also running around, and the managers/owners of the coffee shop (it's not entirely clear who did this) simply clean them up with a napkin in front of guests. The impressions are only negative.

I went to Minsk for a couple of days from St. Petersburg, this place completely changed my idea of the city, which was formed initially. The place is lively, bright, very tasty food, delicious and varied selection on the funnel. An excellent selection of books - I wanted to buy everything, but I took one that I hadn't even heard of before, I'm glad to find it. Excellent staff, the atmosphere, the interior - everything is amazing. I wanted to come to Minsk again in many ways for the sake of this place)

Nice cozy coffee shop, the staff is polite and friendly, unfortunately we were on a day off and maybe the staff was loaded in a half-empty hall)))) and we had to wait a long time for the dishes to be prepared, and while we were waiting for the dishes, dessert with coffee was immediately brought to us, and because of this, of course, the cappuccino was already waiting and we ate our dishes and started it, and this spoiled the impression of this particular establishment of this chain. The hall was clean, and so was the bathroom. Will I recommend this particular place to my friends, perhaps I will recommend to my friends the coffee shop of this chain on Osmolovka, as they cope with the workload better, but I think if you want to visit this place on a weekday morning, then I think everything will be great!

Marx and the books on Karl Marx I'll start with the positive: the desserts here are really delicious, and the breakfasts are not bad. We ordered cheesecakes, coffee, tea and cocoa. The coffee turned out to be on the same level. However, unfortunately, this did not save the overall impression of the visit. Cocoa, which I've been dreaming about all week, disappointed me. For the price of 8 rubles plus 3.5 rubles for alternative milk, I expected much more. In my opinion, it did not meet expectations. I didn't like the tea either. As for the atmosphere, this particular coffee shop on Karl Marx Street seemed uncomfortable to me. Perhaps it's the interior or the location, but there was no comfortable feeling. If you are looking for a more pleasant place to relax with coffee and desserts, I recommend paying attention to the Marks on Zolotaya Gorka (14A) or Independence (83). There, in my experience, the atmosphere is more inviting, and the quality of drinks and food leaves a better impression.

1 star for a good funnel, but I recommend NOT GOING here, because when I paid for a funnel that costs 8 by ten, I was told that the grain was "guest" and cost exactly all my 10 byn, as soon as I left, the barista and a colleague looked at each other maliciously, discussing this case. Honestly, I was too shy to argue for 2 rubles, but the fact is, I was cheated out of money, don't come here, it's not worth it, there are better places.

Perhaps the most uncomfortable coffee shop in the entire chain. Coffee is brewed well, desserts are normal, but the general atmosphere of discomfort (interior) and for some reason sticky tables. It's not entirely clear to me how they are wiped, but they are wiped so that the table remains partially sticky. The barista: you don't have to do it once in a while - sometimes they're benevolent, and sometimes they don't even say hello and roll their eyes, saying, "why are you here, let me rest already"

Marks is personally my favorite place when I want to sit in peace and work. First of all, I would like to mention the excellent staff. I can't say that I come in regularly, but it's very nice that the barista remembered me and based on my past preferences chose the best dish for me. Almost all places are equipped with sockets, so it is very convenient to come with laptops to work. And of course, it is impossible not to mention the book department: cinema, music, art, architecture and much more can be found on the shelves. I definitely recommend visiting this place, and more than once. I come back all the time.
